Hours before revealing her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, the 35-year-old pop star's company, TAS Rights Management LLC, filed to secure the acronym 'TLOAS' for a variety of goods, including music recordings, instruments, jewelry, candles, apparel, cell phone accessories and more. According to the trademark filing, as reviewed by Complex, some of the more unexpected items in Swift's request include incense burners, wireless speakers, inflatable toys, puzzle board games, paint brushes, shoe laces, Christmas tree skirts, bean bags, and tons more. The move isn't out of the ordinary for Swift, who has filed similar trademarks for her previous albums, and this doesn't necessarily mean every single one of these items will actually be manufactured. Details about Showgirl, which marks Swift's twelfth studio album, are still under wraps for now. Back in 2009, around when Carpenter first started uploading YouTube covers of popular songs, she delivered a passionate rendition of Swift's 'Picture to Burn.' In 2023, Carpenter brought her manifestation to life when she opened for Swift on the pop star's triumphant Eras Tour. 'I've been just as obsessed with her as everyone has,' Carpenter said at the time.
