I have been told that the Anywhere hitmaker is set to spread her wings after it was announced she had signed to the huge US firm Range Media in October.
A fashion insider said: 'Rita and Kate are still pals, but the time has come for them to do their own thing when it comes to business.
'Rita recently signed with Range, which handles all areas of her career — including music, film, TV and brand deals.
'It made sense for Rita to part ways with the Kate Moss Agency and have all of her deals in one place.
'Kate has been a great mentor and Rita has learned a great deal from her modelling experience.'
Speaking about the supermodel in 2018, Rita said: 'Kate has always been a mentor and life-long friend.
'It's a real honour to be working with her.
'An inspiration'
'I have watched her career and business grow and establish itself as one of the most important and recognisable brands.
The singer had previously said of Kate: 'She's one of the most normal, nicest, motherly, caring people on the planet.'
Rita became the face of Pepe Jeans' campaign in 2023 through Mossy's agency, with the brand's ad set to her track, Don't Think Twice.

Rita was snapped in LA on Friday night at Chateau Marmont, right, where she is supporting Kylie Minogue on tour.
Recent accounts from the agency showed that it owed creditors £854,000 — with £614,000 paid to 'talent', which includes Kate's daughter Lila Moss and Primal Scream singer Bobby Gillespie's son Lux.
Meanwhile, Rolling Stones legend Keith Richards' granddaughter Ella Richards has also disappeared from the agency website.
The model is Kate's goddaughter — and she dates photographer Sascha Von Bismarck, who is the brother of Kate's ex-boyfriend Nikolai.
Talk about the ex factor . . .
DAISY'S A HAPPY BUNNY
DAISY LOWE has revealed she's happy she stripped off for Playboy as it caught the eye of her fiance.
The model posed nude for the mag in 2011 when she was 22 and admits her property developer fella Jordan Saul was a fan of the shoot.

She revealed: 'My wonderful fiance is positive he saw that Playboy when he was a teenager and was like, 'I'd quite like to marry a Playboy bunny'. And it turns out he is marrying a Playboy bunny.'
Daisy said on the The Savoy Originals podcast: 'Now I'm a bit older I'm really happy I did Playboy.
'It was always on my bucket list.
'I'm pleased that if I live until the ripe old age of 90 I can look back and go, 'Oh, look what I did once'.'
The mum of one did have a complaint, though: 'The thing I didn't appreciate was the retouching.
'What's the point in booking me if you don't want a feminine body?
'It's Playboy. I'm allowed to have hips.'
Agreed.
IMPOSTER SYD-ROME
EVEN though she won Britain's Got Talent last year, singer Sydnie Christmas has revealed she cannot shake off her 'imposter syndrome'.
She told Biz on Sunday: 'It took me until I was 28 for a little spark of 'oh this could be'.

'That is a long time to be trying and not succeeding so I think imposter syndrome is my middle name – apart from Mary.'
Sydnie has released a cover of Dame Vera Lynn's wartime classic We'll Meet Again ahead of the VE Day 80th anniversary commemorations next week, saying she wanted to bring it to life for the younger generation.
Dame Vera would be proud.

Queen B was seen with her mum Tina Knowles and daughters Blue Ivy and Rumi, who she shares with husband Jay-Z.
Meanwhile, some fans were surprised to notice rows of empty seats, below right, during her concert on the second night of the tour.
VOICE COACH LEANN SPINNING OFF TO U.S.
LEANN RIMES has quit The Voice as a coach, I can reveal.
The Can't Fight The Moonlight singer joined ITV's spinning chair talent show last year, having already done a stint on the Aussie version.

But now she has thrown in the towel to focus on her career in the US and appear on the American series as a mega mentor alongside Sheryl Crow.
A source said: 'LeAnn loved her time on the UK show, but wants to focus on her career in the States.
'She was hugely popular with cast and crew and everybody loved having her as part of the team.
'Bosses are currently on the lookout for another female singer to join the all-star line-up.
'They haven't made a decision just yet but are having conversations.
'The show will film its 14th series later this summer.
'Producers know they've had some amazing names so far, from Olly Murs to Anne-Marie, so they want to secure someone who will cause a lot of excitement around the show and bring a new energy to the competition.'
LeAnn's exit follows confirmation that Danny Jones WILL return to the panel, alongside his McFLY bandmate Tom Fletcher, following his drunken Brits kiss with Maura Higgins.
Series veterans Sir Tom Jones and Wil.I.Am will also resume their roles.
GLASTO will get a magic touch when it returns next month – in the form of a set from Dynamo.
The magician – real name Steven Frayne – told me he has been speaking to festival founder Michael Eavis and daughter Emily.
He said: 'I'm going to Glastonbury and can't wait.'
Dynamo also revealed Usher saw him at his show in London's Soho, adding: 'That was pretty great.'
Let's hope the illusionist can magic the rain away from Worthy Farm.

(????: David Buchan) — Sportskeeda Pro Football (@SKProFootball) June 1, 2025 Steinfeld - known for her starring roles in "True Grit," for which she received an Academy Award nomination,"The Edge of Seventeen" and two "Pitch Perfect" sequels - began dating Allen in 2023. They were spotted together several times before making their first public appearance together in a suite at a Buffalo Sabres game. The two attended several major events together, including Paris Fashion Week in March 2024, before making their relationship public after a year of speculation. The couple became engaged in November 2024, as Allen announced in an Instagram post. Steinfeld called it the most "magical" day of her life while Allen relished the opportunity to surprise her with the proposal. "I said I couldn't wait any longer. I said I can't wait to start a family with you. I said your full name, and I asked you very nicely. I said please," Allen said of popping the question in an interview with Steinfeld for her Beau Society newsletter. "You were extremely surprised, you said yes, and that was all that mattered to me. And the sun was out." It wasn't initially known when Allen and Steinfeld would be married. However, Bills offensive tackle Dion Dawkins appeared to hint at it when asked if he had any weddings upcoming during a March appearance on NFL Network's "Good Morning Football." "Soon to come, May 31, it's happening," Dawkins said. Indeed, it did. Now, with one ring wrapped up, Allen can focus on earning another as he looks to lead the Bills to their first Super Bowl win in franchise history. All the NFL news on and off the field. Rio Ferdinand's life now with luxury move abroad, famous wife and 'health scare'

Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info Rio Ferdinand has hung up his hat as a pundit on TNT Sports after the Champions League final, closing a chapter of ten years with the broadcaster. Despite being offered a fresh contract months ago, the ex-Manchester United and England star chose not to renew, earlier announcing it was a "difficult" decision to leave. In his farewell note reported by Wales Online, Ferdinand extended his thanks for the chance to talk football over the last decade, tipping his hat to the behind-the-scenes crew essential for their triumphs. "I want to acknowledge the tremendous support from the team behind the scenes whose hard work often goes unseen but has been essential to our success. To everyone at TNT Sports, we have a brilliant end to the season to look forward to on Saturday and for now all focus will be on what I think could go down as one of the great European finals," Ferdinand remarked. I know I look forward to following its progress and the exciting future that lies ahead." Ferdinand also took a moment to thank his family and New Era, his management firm, for their steadfast support as he travelled across Europe to follow top-tier players and matches, reports the Manchester Evening News. The 46 year old's decision comes after months of speculation about his potential departure from the broadcaster at the end of the season, with rumours hinting at a move abroad with his wife, Kate. Initial whispers suggested that Ferdinand, who has played for United, West Ham, Leeds, and QPR, might be eyeing opportunities in the United States ahead of the 2026 World Cup. However, later reports indicated that he and his wife, a former The Only Way is Essex star, were contemplating a move to Dubai, where they first crossed paths through mutual friends nearly ten years ago. Earlier this year, it was reported that the couple had started looking into properties and schools in Dubai, having decided that the time was right for them and their family to make the move. Ferdinand and his wife share two children, and Kate also plays the role of stepmother to his three children from his previous marriage to Rebecca Ellison, who sadly passed away from cancer in 2015. While Ferdinand has not publicly announced his next career move, it is thought that a potential relocation to the United Arab Emirates would involve regular travel between the UAE and the UK to meet work commitments. Kate is the founder of the online platform Blended. This news follows a health scare that forced him to miss out on covering key European football matches. Ferdinand was poised to cover Arsenal's Champions League match against PSG and lend his expert insights for United's Europa League semi-final with Athletic Bilbao but was instead hospitalised due to a crippling virus. Speaking candidly on 'Rio Ferdinand Presents', he recounted the harrowing experience that left him in fear for his life, battling severe migraines, vertigo, and extreme vomiting. "I had a mad virus," shared Ferdinand. "I thought lights were out at some point, I thought it was gonna happen. I thought I was minutes away from lights out, seriously." In narrating the terrible incident, he explained, "I was in my house, I was in my bed like this [pained expression] and I couldn't even open my eyes. Then, the headache I had... I don't get migraines or nothing else so I don't know what they're like. I thought my head was in a vice and my eyes were going to pop out. "Then, I was being sick, projectile vomiting in the toilet, I got back to bed and I was having vertigo," he added, "I was holding onto the sheets, I didn't know where I was. It was crazy." The situation took an alarming turn as medical professionals considered a brain scan, following Ferdinand's earlier offer of an ambulance to expedite his journey to the hospital. "I had to go to hospital and the doctor even said to me, 'Do you want an ambulance?' So that's when I knew," he disclosed. "He went, 'We're going to get your brain scanned'. I thought it was a virus or a flu or something so when he mentioned brain scan and the ambulance, the panic was nuts. "I went to hospital and I was in there for a few days. I couldn't even enjoy the hospital food. The soup and the ice cream normally does wonders."

Kate Middleton's brutally honest response when told she's lucky to have Prince William

Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info The romance between Prince William and his wife Kate, while unfolding under the intense glare of royal life, shares many similarities with love stories across the UK. The couple first crossed paths as students at the University of St Andrews, where a budding friendship blossomed into a deeper connection. Post-university life in London saw Kate and William navigate a lengthy courtship, punctuated by a brief split, before they committed to a future together. In his youth, Prince William was considered one of the country's most sought-after bachelors, an era the media coined 'Willsmania'. Despite the frenzy over her high-profile partner, Kate remained grounded. When a friend suggested she was fortunate to be with the prince, Kate's self-assured retort was telling. READ MORE - Meghan Markle's honest one-word response when asked about meeting Kate Middleton READ MORE - Award-winning East Lothian Italian restaurant hits the market in search of new owners "He's lucky to have me," she confidently declared, as reported by Claudia Joseph, author of 'Kate Middleton: Princess in Waiting'. With just five words, Kate asserted her stance, a sentiment evidently shared by Prince William himself. After enduring an exceptionally tough year, which saw the future Queen undergoing cancer treatment and retreating from her public duties to concentrate on her recovery and well-being, Prince William shared a touching tribute to his wife on social media for her 43rd birthday earlier this year, reports the Mirror. "To the most incredible wife and mother. The strength you've shown over the last year has been remarkable," read William's heartfelt message. "George, Charlotte, Louis and I are so proud of you. Happy Birthday, Catherine. We love you. W." On Valentine's Day, the couple delivered yet another tender social media post – reportedly their first-ever public recognition of the romantic holiday. They uploaded a photo capturing them cozily seated on a picnic rug in a wooded setting; with William planting a kiss on Kate's cheek as she smiles radiantly, clasping his hands. Not typically known for PDAs, the Duke and Duchess revealed an unexpected side this Valentine's Day. Accompanied by a heart emoji, the sentimental post stresses their dedication to nurturing their relationship after a challenging spell – which also involved Prince Charles, William's father, battling cancer. Catherine's announcement of her completed cancer treatment was coupled with a poignant statement, expressing that the ordeal had given her a newfound perspective on life. "The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown. "The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you. "With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything. "This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved."
