Peter Kay releases even more tickets for record-breaking tour after ‘phenomenal demand'
The additional tickets are for his newly announced 32nd show at the London venue, scheduled for Saturday, 26 July 2025.
It marks another milestone in what has become one of the most iconic comedy runs of all time.
Kay, 51, holds the distinction of being the only artist in the world to have a residency at The O2.
Now entering its third year, the residency shows no signs of slowing down. Every performance so far has sold out, with fans travelling from all over the UK and beyond to catch a glimpse of the beloved Bolton comic in action.
His monthly appearances at the 20,000-seat arena have been credited with redefining the scale and ambition of stand-up comedy on a global stage.

In a statement, organisers said tickets for the July 2025 date were released 'due to phenomenal demand,' urging fans to book early to avoid disappointment.
Kay has made headlines in recent years for his commitment to keeping ticket prices accessible, with some seats starting at just £35 – a contrast to the often sky-high pricing of arena events.

Huge BBC detective series AXED despite cliffhanger ending in bitter blow to fans
The BBC has quietly axed a fan-favourite crime drama which starred a huge actress after just two series on air in a blow to fans. Originally launching in 2021, the show had built up a loyal audience and bagged an impressive 83% Rotten Tomatoes score. However, Annika won't return for a third series, days after it arrived in a primetime slot on BBC One last week. A spokesperson for UKTV said: 'We are incredibly proud of the success of Annika on U&Alibi, but there are no current plans for a third series.' Starring Nicola Walker, the show's first home was U&Alibi and was originally based on BBC Radio 4 drama Annika Stranded. The 55 year old played the role of Detective Inspector Annika Strandhed, the head of Scotland's Homicide Unit. Other stars who appeared in the drama include Jamie Sives, Katie Leung, Ukweli Roach, Paul McGann, Silvie Furneaux and Sven Henriksen. Despite Nicola's on screen success she keeps relatively quiet about her family life and marriage to fellow actor Barnaby Kay. It is not known where the couple met, but they have a son named Harry, who was born in 2006. The cancellation comes after it was revealed Nicola's other show Forgotten, which airs on ITV, is reportedly facing the axe. Its writer Chris Lang has admitted he wishes to step down after the upcoming series in a blow to fans. The crime drama follows detectives as they delve into cold cases however the latest season received criticism from viewers who blasted ITV for ' ruining' it with 'woke and nonsensical' storylines. And now it seems the future of the show has been called into question with Chris' involvement uncertain. Speaking in an interview with the Royal Television Society he said: 'I'll probably hand on the baton after this series. I'll still be involved, but I've written 42 episodes and don't want to repeat myself,' The Sun reported. The multi-award winning screenwriter added: 'I wouldn't write it if I didn't have something to say about the state of the nation. 'Because Unforgotten has an inherent and robust structure, that allows me space to hold up a mirror to British society — it's a Trojan horse show.' Nicola made her onscreen debut in Richard Curtis's Four Weddings and a Funeral as the folk singer who is performing at a ceremony while Simon Callow's Gareth fakes his own dramatic death in the pews. Since then, she has thrilled TV audiences with roles in top BBC and ITV dramas, with her first big gig in spy drama Spooks. Nicola played eccentric analyst Ruth Evershed in the show, who had to fake her own death after being suspected of murdering a prison worker.

Kay Burley's Sky News replacement finally revealed
Kay Burley's Sky News replacements have been announced after she left the breakfast show in February. The British broadcaster, 64, sent shockwaves through the nation when she announced her retirement from the channel after 36 years. Speculation has been rife following her exit, and it has now been confirmed that Sophy Ridge and Wilfred Frost have been appointed as the new Sky News breakfast presenters. They will join the show later this Autumn, with an exact date to be announced, as well as a new show name and studio. Ridge, 40, is best known for hosting Politics Hub for the last two years as well as Sophy Ridge on Sunday. During the last UK election, she was the lead presenter during Sky's coverage and was named RTS Presenter of the Year at the RTS Television Journalism Awards earlier this year. Frost, 40, the son of broadcaster Sir David Frost, has filled in for Burley since her departure in February. He has worked for the likes of CNBC and NBC, and earlier this year, he helmed the critically acclaimed documentary series David Frost Vs. Taking to X to share the news, Frost said he was 'insanely pumped' to be stepping in to present the breakfast show. 'I'm insanely pumped about the all-new breakfast show coming soon. Loads of exciting aspects – but top of the list is partnering with Sophy Ridge. 'I know we'll bring the best out of each other and together bring you the very best of Sky News in a fresh, warm and inviting way.' Slicing into the rectangular cake, Kay realised that she was about to 'cut Rupert's head off,' as she and her colleagues collapsed into laughter, and Kay made a detour with the knife.
