Aaron Plessinger, Red Bull KTM extend through 2026
With the contract extension, Plessinger and Red Bull KTM will celebrate five seasons together.

"It means everything to me to be part of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing for 2026," Plessinger said in a news release. "I love everybody and everything about this team, it's been an awesome four years together already, and it's flying by, but we're having such a good time. We've had some really, really good results, so to have the team want to keep me around and keep going together, it's really special to me."
With one victory, five podiums, and eight top-fives, this has been a career year for Plessinger and the team is looking to capitalize on that momentum.
"Looking back on Aaron's career here at KTM as we move into his fifth year with the brand next year, it's clear how much of an impact he has had," Team Manager said in a release. "He is more than just a racer, he is an incredible competitor on the track and a huge personality off it as well."
Plessinger's first career 450 win came with this team last year in San Diego. His second was in the muddy conditions at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, a race in which he lapped all but six riders and held a 29-second advantage on the runner-up position.

"I can't wait for what the future brings and my focus right now is to get the best results that I can with the team," Plessinger continued. "To build the fanbase that we have is really special as well, because without them and their support we wouldn't be anything."
Plessinger is sixth in 450 Supercross points, his highest standing since he finished fifth in 2021. Plessinger finished third in Motocross in the past two seasons. The 2025 Pro Motocross season begins in two weeks at Fox Raceway in Pala, California.

Enzo Temmerman secures second Loretta Lynn's title with Open Pro Sport Moto 3 win
Monster Energy Kawasaki Team Green's Enzo Temmerman won Moto 3 of Open Pro Sport in the 2025 Loretta Lynn's Amateur National at Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, to earn the divisional title and secure his fifth win in six races during the week. Temmerman entered the race with the 250 Pro Sport title secured and in a winner-take-all scenario with his teammate Landen Gordon, the only rider to beat him in 2025. Temmerman's 2-1 in the first two motos left him vulnerable, but he scored the title with Saturday's victory. Temmerman led the first lap and might have been tempted to relax if he had been notified that Gordon had an uncharacteristically poor start and completed that circuit in seventh. That would have been premature, as Gordon quickly moved into third on Lap 2 and held that spot for three laps while slowly cutting into Temmerman's advantage. Dan Beaver, Disaster struck on Lap 5 when Gordon crashed and fell back to eighth. He was unable to improve his position and lost one more spot with three laps remaining as Heath Harrison got around him. That was just enough to knock Gordon off the overall podium via a tiebreaker as he scored 12 points during the weekend. Gordon's poor showing in Moto 3 was counterbalanced by the consistency of Diesel Thomas' 3-5-4. Finishing second, Kade Johnson improved in every moto. He was fourth in Moto 1, third in Moto 2, and second in Moto 3. With a score of nine points during the weekend, he easily outdistanced the battle for the final spot on the overall podium. Landen Gibson rebounded from a poor showing of 11th in Moto 2 to take the final spot on the race podium. After challenging for it all week, fifth-place Cole Forbes earned his first Top-5 of the National. He was sixth in Moto 1 and eighth in Moto 2. Five spots further back, Jonathan Getz was in a similar situation. After finishing 11th in Moto 1 and 12th in Moto 2, he finally scored an elusive Top-10 in 10th. Lachlan Turner sweeps Women's division for first Loretta Lynn's title
Altus Motorsports BLU CRU Yamaha's Lachlan Turner completed her sweep of the Women's division with a Moto 3 victory and secured the Loretta Lynn's Amateur National title in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, but this time around, she had a different challenger in second in Mayla Herrick. Turner had unfinished business in the Loretta's. As the defending Women's Pro Motocross (WMX) champion, no one questioned her skill; however, she had failed to secure a divisional championship in the biggest event of amateur racing. Turner won each moto with dominant gaps over second place. Her victory over Herrick was 41.734 seconds as the eventual runner-up finisher worked her way through a determined field. Turner's overall strength was highlighted by a 19th-place finish earlier in the day in the 250 B Limited class that is dominated by male riders. Lachlan Turner sweeps first two races in Women's Loretta Lynn's division with Moto 2 win Lachlan Turner was five seconds faster than the competition on multiple laps of Moto 2. Dan Beaver , Herrick had a modest start in fifth. It took three laps to get into podium contention and another couple of trips around the circuit to move around Kyleigh Stallings into second. The lead was out of the question by that point, with Turner more than 30 seconds ahead, but Herrick matched the leader's pace during the next three laps before losing significant ground on the final lap. Herrick's second-place finish on Saturday, combined with fourth-place results in the first two motos, placed her third overall in the divisional standings by a tiebreaker over Jordan Jarvis. Stallings swept the podium with second-place finishes in Motos 1 and 2, plus her third-place finish on Saturday. For half of Moto 3, it appeared she might finish second for the third time, and rode in that position until Lap 5. Landen Gordon ends Enzo Temmerman's streak with Open Pro Sport Moto 2 win Enzo Temmerman struggled at the start of the moto and was unable to make up the distance on his teammate. Dan Beaver , Stallings and Turner will leave Tennessee and head to Indiana for the resumption of the WMX Championship next weekend. Fourth-place finisher Jarvis will join them at Ironman Raceway.
