Robbie Williams at London's Emirates Stadium: start time, tickets, potential setlist and what you need to know

Time Out2 days ago

It's nearly time for you to let Robbie Williams entertain you, in front of a crowd of 60,000 like-minded fans. After a couple of years away from the stage, you can expect big things from this ex-Take That star turned, well, chimpanzee?
Following the warm reception of his uniquely anthropomorphic biopic ' Better Man ', Robbie is finally back to doing what he does best: acting up in front of thousands of people. The Britpop tour, named after his upcoming album of the same name, is set to be a romp through his greatest hits, with a bit of Sinatra thrown in for good measure.
Here's everything you need to know about Robbie Williams two nights at the Emirates Stadium to ensure you leave thinking 'I Love My Life'.
When is Robbie Williams playing Emirates Stadium?
Robbie is doing two nights at the Arsenal ground. He'll be playing tomorrow, June 6, and Saturday, June 7. After that, he's heading up north to Manchester before finishing off the UK leg in Bath.
What time do doors open?
Doors for Robbie Williams' gig tonight will open at 5pm, with the first support act expected to take to the stage at 6pm.
What time will Robbie Williams come on stage?
It's not been officially stated when you can expect Robbie to make his grand entrance, but based on timings at Murrayfield the other night, the main show will likely begin at around 8:30pm. It's worth being seated, or standing, well before that though, in case timings change or you want to grab a drink.
What's the seating plan?
If you're wondering where you'll be sitting, you can see the stadium layout below. If you're wondering what your view will be like, you can use the Emirates stadium's 'virtual venue' here to get a sneak peak.
Who's supporting Robbie Williams?
For his shows in the capital, Robbie will be supported by Manchester band The Lottery Winners, and chart-topping baritone Rag 'n' Bone Man.
It's not certain exactly when the support acts will take the stage, but based on the Edinburgh show, it's likely that the Lottery Winners will start sometime around 6pm, and then Rag 'n' Bone Man just after 7pm.
Robbie Williams setlist
Robbie has only played one night of the Britpop tour so far, so we have a general idea of the songs he's likely to play, but nothing is certain. There is always a chance he'll change things up every night, but don't worry; we're confident he'll always do angels.
Here's what the setlist was for the Edinburgh show, including a slightly random medley. If there's one thing Robbie Williams is going to do, it's keep us on our toes.

Can you still get tickets?
There are still a few tickets left to see Robbie Williams tomorrow and Saturday, starting from £66. The majority of the tickets left, however, are standing, which are a little pricier.
General admission starts from £104, while front standing will set you back £220. If you think Robbie's worth it, you can bag your tickets from Ticketmaster here.
What's Emirates Stadium's bag policy?
Like most stadiums, Emirates only allows bags that are smaller than an A4 sheet of paper. Anything else will either be confiscated, or you will be turned away. In general, the venue advises against bringing a bag if at all possible, and there is no cloakroom to store them in.
Banned items
'Do not bring your explosives to the Robbie Williams concert' is a sentence which probably goes without saying, but it's always good to be clear on these things.
As well as the obvious (knives, weapons, fireworks and flares, and gas canisters will not be permitted), you are not allowed to bring in any of your own food or drink, except in a soft, 500ml plastic bottle. This includes flasks of hot liquid. Additionally, glass bottles of any kind, including small perfume bottles and similar, are banned.
If you're unsure about an item, it's best to leave it at home. If you're unsure but really want to bring it, check here for the full list of prohibited items.
Weather forecast
The weather for this weekend is looking quite changeable, but showers are set to dry up by 7pm on Friday. On Saturday however, it's looking a bit wetter, so you might want to invest in a poncho. Temperatures will peak at 16 C during the gig on both days, so at least you won't be that cold.

Around 60 minutes later, two cop cars turned up. He was driven away and spent two nights in a police cell before appearing in court on Friday accused of assaulting an ex-girlfriend. A source said: 'It was very dramatic. "Everyone was in their costumes and Danny was filming this polo scene when an hour later police suddenly turned up to arrest one of the extras. It was shocking.' Tipped off The assault is alleged to have happened at a house in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. Police were called to the address at 2am on May 31. Cops wanted to question Adams, also a supporting actor on BBC's Casualty and Doctor Who, in connection with the incident. It is understood Avon and Somerset Police were tipped off that the bricklayer turned TV extra was filming on the new series of the Jilly Cooper bonkbuster adaptation Rivals. A pal said: 'He'll be gutted because it could end his TV career, something he really loves doing. 'He's a bricklayer by trade but he's been doing more and more TV work, he's been in loads of stuff. 'Whenever he's in the background of a show he gets all his family and friends to watch it.' Adams was also an extra in House of the Dragon and The Forsyte Saga. And he appeared in the 2022 movie Prizefighter: The Life of Jem Belcher, starring Ray Winstone — when he was photographed alongside the Emmy-winning actor. He made no plea and was given conditional bail until he returns to the city's crown court on July 7. Production company Happy Prince, which makes the drama Rivals, said: 'On the 4th June, the police visited the set regarding an unrelated matter involving a supporting artist. 'Production co-operated with the police. We do not have any further information as it is not connected to Rivals or to our production.' Avon and Somerset Police confirmed a man was arrested at Berkeley Castle on June 4. They said Adams, from Locking, Somerset, was charged with assault causing actual bodily harm.

The scammer swiped walked free from court after pocketing thousands of pounds CONCERT CON Conman flogged fake tickets for Justin Bieber, Calvin Harris and Harry Styles to school pals Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) A TICKET scammer who targeted friends and former schoolmates in a swindle that saw him pocket almost £2,000 has walked free from court. Iain Glen flogged briefs for major events in Scotland including Harry Styles, Calvin Harris and Justin Bieber. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 4 Iain Glen was sentenced for scamming money from five people for non existent concert tickets 4 He took advantage of Calvin Harris fans 4 Justin Bieber tickets were also involved 4 Glen also fleeced Harry Styles fans The scumbag has been convicted of flogging more than £2,000 in fake tickets but scores of buyers have complained in online groups of falling foul of his scams. The 37-year-old also insisted he had VIP tickets for a meet and greet with former Rangers stars. But his victims called in the police after eventually realising they had been duped by Glen. It lead to him appearing in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week. He pleaded guilty to defrauding five victims a total of £1,665 in a year-long scam from 2022 to January 2023. Glen, of the city's Townhead, could have faced a jail-term but Sheriff Anna Reid ordered him to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. Emma McShane was his first victim after getting in touch for tickets for ex-One Direction star Styles. She paid £400 and Glen then said he would post the briefs through her letterbox on the day of the concert. He then claimed there had been an unexpected issue. Fiscal Leo McGinn told the court: 'He said he would provide a refund and in the following days he gave various excuses as to why he did not. 'A partial refund was eventually given to Miss McShane.' Calvin Harris hits back with furious TikTok video after being accused of COPYING new single by 90s popstar Glen was also contacted by Nicola Drummond on Instagram about a Calvin Harris gig. Miss Drummond sent Glen £100 to Glen's bank account but the tickets never appeared. It was only after she alerted police that the scammer refunded the £100. The court heard Glen's school friend Michaela Barr bought four tickets for the TRNSMT music festival in Glasgow. She coughed up £290 only for Glen to claim the briefs were provided on a 'first come, first served basis'. Miss Barr was forced to claim the cash back from her bank. Stephanie Delaney - another ex-schoolmate - sent him £130 for Justin Bieber tickets and after repeat messages about a refund he coughed up just £50. The court heard Nicola Cragg - a friend of seven years - was another he swindled. She had contacted him to buy six tickets costing £745 for a 'VIP football event' at Glasgow's Hilton Hotel featuring ex-Rangers stars. Mr McGinn said: 'Miss Cragg became suspicious in August 2022 and asked Glen to confirm the venue of the event. 'Glen said there had been a mix up with the tickets, that part of the event had been cancelled and £300 was owed to her.' The briefs did show up on Miss Cragg's Ticketmaster account - but she never got the rest of her money. Kevin Corr, defending, told the court Glen claimed to have had contacts in the event industry and had been known to legitimately sell tickets in the past. He added: 'He fell into alcohol and substance misuse which was a factor on his life. 'This led to him burying his head in the sand to the ticket arrangements that went on.' Glen has previously featured on the 'Scotland Scammers' Facebook page outing fraudsters. The message claimed 'a broken hearted little girl' had spent her own money hoping to see US singer Olivia Rodrigo while another user claimed their daughter had been tricked into handing over cash for Taylor Swift.

A gorgeous Bentley Turbo R was listed on Auto Trader, having once been the pride of joy of the Don't Look Back in Anger singer. The Turbo R - with the 'R" standing for "roadholding" - boasts a 6.8-litre V8 engine and is good for 0-60mph under seven seconds, as well as a top speed of 143mph. Not only built for speed, the Bentley boasts all the trimmings you'd expect from a luxury set of wheels of its time - featuring a cream leather interior, complemented by a wood trim. Described as being in both "excellent condition" and "surprisingly reliable", the Turbo R has clocked some 100,000 miles in its 28-year life. The snazzy motor also has the number plate 'OASI6 2', in reference to the Britpop band, which is set to reunite to play a run of gigs this year in the UK and Ireland. This includes shows at Manchester's Heaton Park, London's Wembley Stadium, and Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium, throughout July, August and September. The reunion made history, with more than 10million fans trying to get their hands on the British shows alone. Every performance, including those in the US, South America and Australia, sold out within minutes of going on sale. Famously, the Manchester-born musician has never passed his driving test - but seemingly hasn't stopped him owning or, indeed, driving cars. In 2023, he was handed six penalty points and ordered to pay a court £1,000 for failing to tell police who was driving his Range Rover - which was clocked speeding at 41mph on a 30mph stretch of the A40 in Edgware Road, West London. Noel Gallagher looks stony-faced as he makes lonely Tube journey to Oasis rehearsals – but Liam's entrance is chaotic Speaking about the Bentley's sale, Erin Baker, editorial director at Auto Trader, said: 'Cars listed by music legends don't come around very often, and Noel Gallagher's Bentley Turbo R is certainly one for the Auto Trader history books." Auto Trader's Catherine King recently spoke to Sun Motors with advice on the best second-hand convertibles drivers can pick up at a pinch in time for the summer sun. Naturally, their picks included the evergreen Mazda MX-5 - dubbed the poster child for convertible cars.
