Now Kate has revealed she's been frozen out of her bank accounts after changing her phone.
Taking to social media to beg the bank for help, she wrote: 'Please please get in touch with me.
'I have not been able to access any of my Barclays accounts current or savings since Friday due to changing my phone handset and can't get through to anyone on customer service - please dm me.'
Luckily Kate's plea was answered and the bank replied, telling her to send more information via direct message.

FINANCE FIGHT Kate Garraway update on her stressful £800k debt battle and £288k tax bill
Last month The Sun revealed Kate had received a much-needed financial boost in her struggle to pay back huge debts.
The cost of caring for Derek during his four-year health nightmare ran into hundreds of thousands of pounds.
At the same time, Derek's psychotherapy firm Astra Aspera Ltd - which was jointly controlled by Kate - went bust owing hundreds of thousands to creditors, including a huge sum to HMRC.
A new liquidator's report reveals how Kate has been trying to repay debts as well as a more palatable revised total.
HMRC has submitted a preferential claim of £288,054, a third of its previous submission of £716,822. It's not known why the HMRC have dramatically dropped their demand.
There are also creditor claims of and £196,548 from four other firms including a £50,000 bank loan.
GMB's Kate Garraway reveals she still can't pay 'excessive debt' for late husband Derek Draper's care - on anniversary of his death
However, at this stage, there will be no pay out for any creditor after liquidator fees of £32k and 40 per cent of assets have been realised.
So far, Kate has paid back £21,000.
A representative for Kate said: "Kate has met all that the liquidators of Derek's company have asked for and more over the past four years.
'She doesn't recognise these figures and is shocked that it's being presented in this way by them.
"Caring for Derek and supporting her family when Derek could no longer run his own businesses has taken a huge financial toll on her but she's determined to put things right.'

Scottish Government confirms winter fuel payments
Shirley-Anne Somerville said those receiving the payment in Scotland would be better off than their counterparts in the rest of the UK. Pensioner households with no-one aged 80 or over will receive £203.40, rising to £305.10 for households with someone aged 80 or over, the Scottish Government said. Around 720,000 pensioners in Scotland are expected to receive a winter fuel payment. It comes after Chancellor Rachel Reeves confirmed last week that the payment would be reinstated to the majority of pensioners in England. Following the initial decision to cut the universal benefit, the Scottish Government delayed its plans for the pension age winter heating payment, but in December it announced pensioners north of the border would receive at least £100 every year. Ms Somerville said: 'The UK Government's decision to cut the Winter Fuel Payment last winter was a betrayal of millions of pensioners, and their recent U-turn is welcome, if belated. 'Following careful consideration of the options available, the Scottish Government will mirror the approach taken by the UK Government. 'We will bring forward regulations to ensure that, from this winter onwards, all pensioners will receive either £203.40 or £305.10 per household, depending on age. 'We are in discussion with the UK Government to extend the proposed arrangements in England and Wales to recover payments from those pensioners with an individual income of more than £35,000 through the tax system. 'The intention is that the payment will be recovered automatically, and pensioners will not need to register with HMRC for this or take any further action. 'This approach ensures a higher level of support which those most in need will receive. Over 720,000 Scottish pensioners are estimated to benefit from the higher payment.'w

Winter fuel payment update as SNP Government reveals which pensioners will lose out
Pensioners with an income of more than £35,000 will have the payment clawed back through the tax system. SNP Ministers will take back winter fuel payments from better off pensioners on more than £35,000 a year. The clawback mirrors the approach being pursued by the UK Government. The winter fuel payment policy has been in chaos after Chancellor Rachel Reeves initially withdrew between £200 and £300 from around ten million pensioners. She eventually u-turned and settled on a system where pensioners with an income of less £35,000 would receive their payment. With the policy devolved, SNP First Minister John Swinney said this week that no pensioner would be worse off than south of the border. His Social Security Secretary Shirley-Anne Somerville has now provided more details of the Pension Age Winter Heating Payments (PAWHP). Depending on age, pensioners with an income of less than £35,000 will receive either £203.40 or £305.10 per household, more than they would in England. This move will see over 720,000 Scots pensioners benefit, but the SNP Government will hold talks with Whitehall about recovering PAWHP from older people with incomes above the £35,000 threshold. Somerville said: 'The UK Government 's decision to cut the Winter Fuel Payment last winter was a betrayal of millions of pensioners, and their recent U-turn is welcome if belated.
