When Deepika Padukone asked Salman Khan to marry her: 'Mujhe aapse shaadi karni hai'
In 2015, Deepika Padukone surprised Salman Khan by proposing marriage on a reality show, saying, 'Mujhe aapse shaadi karni hai.' Salman politely declined, stating it wasn't possible but found it amusing. Deepika now stars in a Telugu action film, while Salman prepares for a war drama on the Galwan Valley clash. Salman Khan remains one of Bollywood's most sought-after bachelors, despite repeatedly stating he has no plans to marry. However, marriage proposals keep coming his way. Interestingly, actress Deepika Padukone once surprised everyone by proposing to the superstar herself. In 2015, while promoting her film 'Tamasha' on a reality show set, the actress unexpectedly knelt down and asked Salman to marry her during their conversation. Dressed in a striking blue polka-dot shirt and trousers, Deepika surprised Khan during their conversation by suddenly dropping to one knee and proposing marriage. She asked, 'Mujhe aapse shaadi karni hai. Will you marry me Mr. Salman Khan?' Salman, taken aback at first, soon laughed and even blushed upon hearing her unexpected proposal. Salman's polite decline and humorous exchange Salman turned down the actress's proposal, stating, 'Deepika ho ya koi bhi ho, ye nahi ho sakta,' and laughed afterward. He later remarked, 'Not a bad idea,' acknowledging that Deepika had caught him off guard with her surprise. Deepika later said, 'Gadho kya karwa rahe ho mujhse. Jo milna tha milgaya". On the work front, Deepika has now teamed up with Atlee Kumar and Allu Arjun for their upcoming epic Telugu action film, 'AA26x A6'. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch vàng CFDs với mức chênh lệch giá thấp nhất IC Markets Đăng ký Undo On the other hand, Salman Khan's recent film, 'Sikandar', directed by AR Murugadoss, failed to impress at the box office. Brad Pitt teases on-screen reunion with Tom Cruise, but on one condition: ‘I'm not gonna…'
Brad Pitt has made it clear, sky-high stunts are not his scene anymore. The Hollywood star, who has headlined some of the biggest action blockbusters, spoke about the possibility of sharing the screen again with Tom Cruise. And while fans might be hoping for another high-octane reunion, Pitt has one simple, very grounded condition. In a chat with E! News, Pitt offered a humorous yet pointed update on where things stand: 'I'm not gonna hang my a** off the airplane and s**t like that,' he said. Pitt, who is currently promoting his upcoming F1 racing film, added that he'd consider a reunion with Cruise 'when he does something again that's on the ground.' Cruise is well-known for his obsession with performing dangerous stunts-particularly in the Mission: Impossible series, where skydiving, flying helicopters and scaling skyscrapers are par for the course. For those who've forgotten, Pitt and Cruise shared the screen in 1994's Interview with the Vampire, a gothic cult classic. Their rivalry on set wasn't limited to bloodlust; it went straight to the tracks. 'We raced go-karts. He got me in the end. I gotta admit,' Pitt recalled. Despite the playful competition, there's clearly admiration between the two megastars. At a Paramount event earlier this year, Cruise praised Pitt's driving chops, especially with the upcoming F1 film creating buzz in racing circles. Pitt, now 61, also opened up about some of the oddly specific habits he developed while shooting F1, which is directed by Top Gun: Maverick's Joseph Kosinski and backed by Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton. 'Before getting in the car, I always have to get in on the left side,' he told E! 'I have to put my left shoe on first, I'd have to put my left glove on first," Pitt added. And the pit crew? They were well-trained in Pitt's peculiar pattern. F1 is set to release in theatres on June 27. The cast includes Damson Idris, Javier Bardem, Kerry Condon, and more. ALSO READ: Brad Pitt credits girlfriend Ines de Ramon for getting him hooked to F1 racing: 'Well she's European!' Not yet, but Pitt says he might, if Cruise agrees to keep it grounded. Their last (and only) movie together was Interview with the Vampire (1994). He's gearing up for the release of F1, an upcoming racing film directed by Joseph Kosinski.

Shah Rukh Khan surprises fans with a cameo in Ed Sheeran's Sapphire; singer reveals how it happened in BTS video
Shah Rukh Khan has made a surprise appearance in Ed Sheeran's latest music video Sapphire, and fans can't stop talking about it. The video, which also features Arijit Singh on vocals, showcases not just a global musical collaboration but a memorable Bollywood cameo that took everyone by surprise. In a new behind-the-scenes (BTS) video shared on YouTube, Ed Sheeran opens up about how the legendary actor ended up being part of the track. In the video, Ed takes fans through his journey across India, mentioning how he travelled to Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai to shoot various portions of Sapphire. But it was his meeting with Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai that became the highlight. 'There is no need to give context of who Shah Rukh Khan is,' Ed said. 'I would say he is probably like the first or second most famous person in the world.' He went on to reveal how the superstar invited him over to his home to play paddle. 'So we played paddle for like 3 hours and then he pitched me an idea and was like, 'Do it whenever,' and I was like, 'To be honest, I am here so like do you want to get dinner tomorrow?'' Their dinner plans turned into something far more iconic. Ed, who had already been singing the tune in Hindi by then, ended up recording parts of the song in a studio—his first time singing in Hindi. The music video was shot under the direction of Siddharth Anand, who also directed Shah Rukh in Pathaan. Ed shared how Siddharth coordinated the shoot with SRK: 'He informed me that Shah Rukh wants to meet me at his house and was waiting there. I went there with my dad and Nic, we had dinner, and then we shot his cameo.' by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Top-Rated Senior-Friendly Laptops Search7 Learn More Undo After wrapping up the scene, Ed said SRK gave him a big hug. Sapphire, which also sees Arijit Singh joining in for the Punjabi vocals, features a bike ride sequence with Ed and Arijit—another visual that fans have loved. Released just a few days ago, the track is already gaining massive popularity across streaming platforms and social media.
