RCB hero Josh Hazlewood stars in Mitchell Marsh-led Australia squad for West Indies T20Is

Cricket Australia has announced a 16-member squad for the side's five-match T20I series in the West Indies that scheduled to take place in July. The series is preceded by three Test matches, the first that Australia play in the West Indies in over a decade. Mitchell Marsh will captain the squad and Josh Hazlewood, who starred in Royal Challengers Bengaluru's 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL) win, has also been included. Glenn Maxwell, who recently announced his retirement from ODI cricket, has also been included in the squad. This is Australia's first T20I series since November last year, when they beat Pakistan away from home 3-0. The Carribean tour starts on June 25 in Barbados with the first Test. The second Test will be played from July 3 after which the series ends in Jamaica with the third match starting on July 12. The first two T20Is will then be played in Jamaica on July 20 and 22. The tour then moves to St Kitts where the remaining T20Is will be played on July 24, 25 and 27. Among the notable absentees are Jake Fraser-McGurk, Marcus Stoinis and Xavier Bartlett. Fraser-McGurk's poor form seems to have cost him his place in the team. He has long been seen as David Warner's heir to the opening role in the shortest format, and potentially in ODIs and Tests as well later on. According to ESPNCricinfo, CA wants him to play a bit more four-day cricket for South Australia in the Sheffield Shield to help him work on his all-round batting and decision-making to supplement his raw ball-striking ability. Meanwhile, uncertainty continues on the status of Marcus Stoinis. The all-rounder had retired from ODI cricket just before the 2025 Champions Trophy earlier this year. While he is available for selection in T20Is, Stoinis doesn't have a central contract and Australia's subsequent T20I series against South Africa overlaps with his commitments in The Hundred.

Watch: RCB Fan's Morning Routine Goes Haywire After Epic Win But He Doesn't Care

Last Updated: The video shows the man getting ready for work the day after Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB)'s big win in the IPL final. It was truly a royal victory for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) who finally brought home their very first IPL trophy after an 18-year wait. Fans across India are filled with joy and it seems like this excitement isn't going to fade anytime soon. While videos of celebrations keep flooding our feeds, there is one particular clip that perfectly captures how RCB fans feel right now. The clip shows a man so lost in the joy of the IPL 2025 win that his everyday routine goes for a toss. All you notice is that huge smile on his face. The video, shared on Instagram, shows the man getting ready for work the day after RCB's big win. He starts by brushing his teeth but instead of using toothpaste, he accidentally puts toilet cleaner on his toothbrush. Then, ironing his clothes, instead of spraying water to get rid of wrinkles, he sprays the water right on his face. But it doesn't stop there. While cleaning, he is still lost in the memory of RCB's epic win. So much so, that he uses the mop cleaner to clean the ceiling, not the floor. And the funniest part comes at the end when he is fully dressed for work. Shirt tucked in, shoes on but his proper trousers are missing. He is seen wearing shorts. These funny little mix-ups show just how deeply he's caught up in the moment of RCB's victory. Even though his daily routine is all over the place, nothing can take away the happiness from the amazing win. Soon enough, the comment section was flooded with all kinds of reactions with many calling the video relatable. Even though the clip is just a few hours old, it has already racked up over eight lakh views. One user commented, 'Hahaha… the video with the boxer and shirt! RCB winning the IPL after 18 long years is truly an emotion for everyone." Another said, 'I swear, each one of us," while someone else added, 'The world will never be the same." A viewer wrote, 'Kaafi zyada relatable ho gaya (This is just too relatable)." Another comment read, 'Same, bro. How do I even explain to my family why I'm smiling?" And then there was someone who actually took it to the next level: 'I literally added salt to tea today." RCB played the final match against Punjab Kings (PBKS) where they successfully defended a target of 190 and won the game by 6 runs.
