'I have always believed that yoga therapy is one of the best ways to improve your fitness and well-being,' she said. 'It's a 360-degree holistic approach. Not only does it help your physical health, it also boosts your overall flexibility, mobility, strength, posture, respiratory and cardiovascular functions, metabolism, and most importantly, supports your overall immune system.'
She emphasized how setting a body goal helped her stay focused. 'I practiced yoga keeping my body goal in mind, and it helped me achieve exactly what I wanted. But yes, beyond that, I also followed a balanced diet and ensured I am consistent in my workouts. Seeing a fitter and better version of yourself always makes you feel happier.'
