Saoirse Ronan expecting first child with husband Jack Lowden, reports say
Actress Saoirse Ronan is reportedly expecting her first child with her husband Jack Lowden.
According to the Irish Independent, a source close to the couple confirmed the news and said the pair were "thrilled".

The four-time Oscar-nominated actress married Slow Horses star Lowden in Edinburgh last summer.

In October last year Ronan said she felt 'fortunate' that she will be able to step away from her Hollywood career to have children without having to give up acting for good.
The 30-year-old told British Vogue: 'I became successful when I was quite young. So it meant that, actually, by the time I found my partner, I'm now at the stage where, if it happened, I would like to have a kid.

'I feel fortunate enough that, if I step out of this for a minute, I'm hopefully not giving it up forever. But, yeah, I've always wanted that.'
Ronan attended a Louis Vuitton event in the south of France on Thursday night, wearing a black gown from the French luxury house.
She appeared on the front row of the star-studded fashion show alongside actresses Emma Stone, Cate Blanchett and Sophie Turner.

'She looked beautiful, like day one, she looked good. 'Been a swelling days like two to 12, and then she looked good again, and she was going out. What is a face lift and how quick is the recovery? A FACE lift (technically called a rhytidectomy) is a cosmetic surgical procedure which tries to reduce visible signs of ageing in the face and neck. The procedure begins with either general anaesthesia or local anaesthesia with sedation to ensure you're comfortable and pain-free. The surgeon makes incisions based on the type of face lift. The surgeon lifts the skin and underlying tissues (SMAS layer – superficial musculoaponeurotic system). Fat may be sculpted, removed, or redistributed. The underlying muscle and connective tissues are tightened and repositioned to create a more youthful look. The skin is gently laid back over the newly repositioned contours and incisions are closed with sutures (medical stitch) or skin adhesives. Recovery time varies, but most people return to normal activities within two to four weeks. MUM'S FACE LIFT Katherine previously revealed that she paid '50 grand' for her mum to have a face lift. Speaking on Vogue Williams' Never Live It Down podcast, the actress explained that her mum Julie was 63 at the time and added that it was a 'good age to get a face lift.' Katherine defended getting work done and said: 'I think there are people who look at plastic surgery, cosmetic, you know, treatments, anything, and they feel sad. 'They're like, 'there are more important things in life'. We know! ''She should love herself more'. I do! The inside story of Kim Kardashian's infamous robbery to be explored in new documentary coming to BBC Three and BBC iPlayer
BBC Three and BBC Current Affairs have commissioned a new documentary on the inside story of Kim Kardashian's robbery in 2016 and its impact, with those close to the case revealing details about the crime for the first time. Featuring interviews with friends of the family, police officers and journalists who have followed the case, the documentary takes viewers back to that fateful night when the US reality TV star was robbed of millions of dollars' worth of jewellery in Paris at gunpoint nearly ten years ago. The BBC can now reveal new detail and insight into what happened and follow the story up to Kim facing her robbers in court last month, where eight people were found guilty. The Kim Kardashian Diamond Heist will air on BBC Three and BBC One later this month. It will also be available on BBC iPlayer. Nasfim Haque, Head of Content at BBC Three, says: "This documentary offers an insight into one of the most publicised celebrity crimes of our time committed on one of the most famous women on the planet which will delve into the facts behind the gossip and explore the price of fame in the digital age." Firecracker Creative Director, Sam Emmery says: 'This is one of the most high-profile robberies of the digital age, with social media said to have played a part in the heist. The film is an opportunity to show how the perpetrators were eventually brought to justice and the lasting impact the ordeal had on its victim, Kim Kardashian.'
