Horror images of the Kalispell City Airport in Montana show a huge inferno on the tarmac with thick black plumes of smoke billowing in the sky.

Two people have been treated at the scene for minor injuries, according to initial reports.
The aircraft is believed to have suffered a technical issue on the runway before colliding into a second small plane on the taxiway.
A loud explosion was heard as a fire quickly spread across the tarmac and onto a grassy part of the airport.
It is believed that at least four people were onboard the crashed aircraft at the time.
No one was on the stationary plane, reports 8KPAX.
The Kalispell Police Department, Flathead County Sheriff's Office and local firefighters all rushed to the tarmac after the crash.
The first emergency call came in at 2:08pm.
Investigations are ongoing into what caused the accident.

Lilyana, 11, was critically injured and died two days later. Still, he was able to walk free. Just 48 hours after Lilyana's death, Iversen allegedly stabbed a man at Theodore Wirth Parkway and Olson Highway in Golden Valley on February 28. The victim, who had attempted to help Iversen by offering him a ride, suffered stab wounds to the leg and facial injuries after being struck with a large stick, according to a criminal complaint. Police later tracked Iversen to a nearby maintenance building, where he had allegedly broken in and was found covered in blood and scratches. Before authorities located Iversen, investigators suspect he may have broken into a home in the Hidden Lakes neighborhood, stolen an e-bike, and attempted to enter several other residences. 'Golden Valley is currently investigating multiple burglaries possibly connected to Iversen,' the complaint noted. 'This was surprising because Golden Valley is a real quiet community — you don't see these things happen often and when they do it kind of alarms people,' said Golden Valley Police Chief Virgil Green. Despite his alleged pattern of violence, it took multiple offenses before he was finally jailed — only after public outrage. Since taking office, Moriarty has repeatedly faced backlash for decisions that prioritize leniency over justice. In her first week in office, she dismissed charges against a 35-year-old man accused of raping a 14-year-old girl due to a legal technicality, preventing him from ever being retried. Jacob Zieben-Hood, 34, was found slumped over the toilet of his New York City apartment with stab wounds and a gaping laceration on his head on July 31. He was stabbed several times on the back of his leg - with one of the lesions so deep it sliced into his muscle. His husband, Donald Zieben-Hood, was the one to dial 911, but authorities believe he committed the heinous act during an altercation. The 40-year-old male model with more than 67,000 Instagram followers was arrested the same day Jacob's corpse was discovered. Jacob, who was originally from Texas, had a protective order against Donald at the time of his death. Donald was arraigned on charges of burglary, criminal contempt, and weapons possession on Sunday, August 3, and is being held at Riker's Island without bail. While charges connected to Jacob's death are pending, awaiting autopsy results, investigators are probing the gruesome incident as a homicide. Donald has a track record of alleged abuse dating back to 2022, charging documents obtained by NBC revealed. These accusations include felony counts of strangulation and menacing. In the aftermath of the harrowing attack, people who used to have close ties with Jacob have revealed his relationship with Donald caused him to 'vanish' from their lives. 'I was so excited to have that prospect of him coming back into my life after I'd kind of let him go as a friend,' Paulson told the outlet. 'And then to have it really just permanently end, it's just devastated me. It's really wrecked me.' On the night that Jacob died, it is believed by investigators that he had gotten into a physical altercation with his partner. Jacob allegedly had called his father while locked inside his bathroom and told him his husband was blocking him from leaving the apartment while wielding a knife. The horrified father claimed he could hear Donald in the background of the phone call yelling at his son and calling him names. Meanwhile, Donald allegedly told police he had fallen asleep and when he woke, he made the gut-wrenching discovery of his dead husband. On the phone with 911, Donald admitted he had a protective order against him and was worried he would be arrested. The suspect, who was found with a black eye, bite marks and a few cuts that needed stitches, allegedly claimed Jacob had attacked him with a knife - not the other way around. He is set to appear in court on September 12. Nevada court apparently clears way for former Raiders coach Jon Gruden to sue NFL over emails
A Nevada court apparently cleared the way Monday for a 2021 lawsuit filed by former Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden to proceed against the NFL and Commissioner Roger Goodell, alleging that a 'malicious and orchestrated campaign' was used to destroy Gruden's career by leaking old emails he had sent that included racist, misogynistic and homophobic comments. In 2022, the NFL appealed to Nevada's high court after a judge in Las Vegas rejected league bids to dismiss Gruden's claim outright or to order out-of-court talks through an arbitration process that could be overseen by Goodell. The Nevada Supreme Court, in a 5-2 ruling, said that 'the arbitration clause in the NFL Constitution is unconscionable and does not apply to Gruden as a former employee.' Gruden's lawsuit alleged that Goodell and the league pressured the Raiders to fire Gruden by leaking emails containing racist, sexist and homophobic comments that Gruden sent, when he was an on-air analyst at ESPN from 2011 to 2018. Gruden resigned from the Raiders in October 2021 and sued the league a month later. The NFL declined to comment on the ruling. Gruden's attorney did not return a phone message seeking comment. Gruden was Raiders head coach when the team moved in 2020 to Las Vegas from Oakland, California. He's seeking monetary damages, alleging that selective disclosure of the emails and their publication by the Wall Street Journal and New York Times ruined his career and endorsement contracts. Gruden coached the Raiders in Oakland from 1998 to 2001, then led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for seven years, winning a Super Bowl title in 2003. He spent several years as a TV analyst for ESPN before being hired by the Raiders again in 2018. He later consulted for the New Orleans Saints in 2023. He is now a part-owner and consultant for the Nashville Kats, a team in the Arena Football One league.
