HS Athlete of the Week: Mikayla Pilley
SPRINGFIELD–This week's Athlete of the Week is Mikayla Pilley.
Pilley is a senior and four year starter for the Kickapoo High School girls basketball team.
This past weekend, Pilley scored a game-high 27 points in the Lady Chiefs convincing victory against Lee Summit West in the Class 6 State Quarterfinals.
The veteran guard tallied 15 points in the first half, and chipped in another dozen in the second half to send Kickapoo back to the Final Four for the second straight year.
