Rulani explains MC Alger technical team

'The club insists on a couple of people, which is excellent,' Mokwena told Metro FM. Rulani – 'The club insists' 'The club insists on a couple of people, which is excellent. That still breeds familiarity … there is still a little bit of … technical staff that knows how to win and do well in the Champions League with this group,' Mokena told Andile Ncube on Metro FM. Mokwena will be joined at MC Alger by his former colleague at Mamelodi Sundowns, goalkeeper coach Wendell Robinson. 'I've got coach Wendell [Robinson] because he also speaks a goalkeeping language and if we retain a goalkeeping coach maybe the relationship there can be established a little bit quicker.' Former Togo and AS Vita assistant coach Enzo Donis will also join up with Mokwena in Algeria. 'Then, of course I have an assistant coach that's worked with AS Vita, who is from Belgium and he's coming on. He's agreed to leave his job with the Togo national team, and so he's excited by the project. 'He also allows me to have someone of a hybrid assistant because he's got a bit of work and expertise in setpieces.' Mahlangu on board Mokwena also confirmed he will be joined by conditioning coach Sbu Mahlangu, who worked with him at Sundowns and Wydad. The club will no doubt hope that Mokwena's experience of Champions League football can help them break that particular hoodoo.

In addition to the financial penalty, the club now faces a transfer ban that will remain in effect until the full amount is paid. R10 million from Kaizer Chiefs to sign talented PSL winger? The dispute dates back to October 2024, when Ouaddou abruptly parted ways with AS Vita under contentious circumstances. He accused the Kinshasa-based club of unfair treatment and failure to honour his contract, leading him to take the case to FIFA. 'The former coach of AS Vita has won his case against the club and is set to smile all the way to the bank,' an insider told Soccer Laduma. 'He deserves it, as the club owed him a significant amount of money. That's why he left in the first place — not because he wanted to, but because of the situation. 'He believed in the project, and it really was a strong one at one of Africa's top clubs. But he's not focused on the past. He's now fully committed to another exciting project with Orlando Pirates, and he's happy to be there,' the source concluded. This ruling marks a significant win for the coach and highlights the importance of contractual integrity and legal recourse in professional football.
