Former Bachelorette Hannah Brown spares no expense on 'timeless' wedding to Adam Woolard in France
From reality TV heartbreak to a French fairytale ending, Hannah Brown finally got her happily ever after. After navigating a whirlwind journey of public romances, including her broken engagement to Jed Wyatt on The Bachelorette, the Alabama native, 30, has officially traded in her final rose for a wedding ring. On Saturday, July 26, Brown, said 'I do' to Adam Woolard, 38, during a romantic ceremony on the French Riviera after four years of dating. The reality star married her real-life leading man at the Domaine du Mont Leuze in the South of France, surrounded by 101 guests and sweeping views of the coast. 'We wanted something really timeless and classic, and really just the celebration of our love with our friends and family,' she told People. Longtime fans of the popular TV personality know her road to love wasn't exactly smooth. Brown first captured hearts in 2019 as a contestant on The Bachelor, then became the lead on The Bachelorette, where she famously accepted — and quickly called off — an engagement to Wyatt. After that, she had a brief post-show spark with runner-up Tyler Cameron and a short-lived reunion with Peter Weber while his Bachelor season was airing. But it wasn't until she left the behind looking for love on TV and joined a dating app that she met Woolard, and found a very real connection. Their wedding weekend kicked off with a beachside welcome party at Le Negresco Beach Club in Nice, where guests arrived dressed to the nines in 'beach chic' attire and were treated to a four-course meal by the sea. Despite her busy schedule, Brown was all in on making the wedding personal, romantic, and full of intention. She praised Woolard for being a hands-on groom and wedding planner Neillie Butler for bringing the vision to life. 'We want our community to feel loved and appreciated and we want to pour into them, but we also have to make sure the day's about us and we feel connected,' Brown explained. That emotional connection was front and center when the couple shared a private first look the morning of the wedding. During the ceremony, guests were serenaded by a string quartet performing The Beatles' Here Comes the Sun, and the bridal party, including Brown's Bachelor bestie Heather Martin, walked down the aisle in colorful Show Me Your Mumu dresses. Brown made a grand entrance in a custom Mira Zwillinger 'Cheyan' ballgown — complete with embroidered leaf detailing, Jimmy Choo pumps, and a cathedral-length veil. 'I feel like it is so classic, timeless, but also feels a little unique. I love it,' she gushed. 'I always knew I wanted to take up space on my wedding day… I feel like a princess, and I feel like that's exactly how you should feel on your wedding day.' Woolard, emotional as he watched her walk down the aisle, said he'd pictured the moment for years. 'Seeing Hannah walk down... is something that I've always had a very clear picture of and how I would feel in that moment,' he said. The ceremony, officiated by their Nashville pastor, included traditional vows, plus personal handwritten ones. Cocktail hour featured live piano music and signature cocktails like the Pretty Lavender and French 75, followed by a multi-course French feast. 'One thing my mom was really adamant about is that I had a traditional wedding cake,' Brown said. Later, Brown changed into a second look, the 'Bayne' dress from Mark Ingram Bride's Spring 2025 Collection, for the reception. The couple shared a 'lightly choreographed' first dance to Ray LaMontagne's You Are the Best Thing, a song Brown sent Woolard early in their relationship. 'It reminds me of when we really had started to be boyfriend and girlfriend,' she said. 'And I think now more than ever, all the lyrics are really true.' After dancing the night away, the newlyweds made a stylish exit in a vintage 1984 Mercedes-Benz Gazelle, with Brown donning a flirty Zimmermann departure dress. After marking their latest relationship milestone, Brown and Woolard are looking forward to settling into married life in Nashville and honeymooning in Croatia. 'We're really focusing on making this house a home together,' Brown said. 'Spending time with our families and just having a little bit of a slower pace for just a little bit.' Earlier this year, Brown admitted she's not in a rush to have children. 'We'll, get there when we get there,' she said in May on Maria Menounos' Heal Squad podcast. 'I go back and forth.' She continued: 'I definitely think I would like to have a child. I don't want to miss out on that experience, but I haven't been quite ready yet. Which I think makes sense. I want to get married first. I want to be able to do that. I've never been somebody that's just waiting waiting waiting for that to happen.'

The Bachelor Nation alum tied the knot with her fiancé Adam Woolard during a stunning wedding ceremony in Èze, France, on July 26. For the occasion, Hannah's bridal look was nothing short of breathtaking, with the 30-year-old wearing a "Cheyan" Mira Zwillinger gown exclusively from Mark Ingram Atelier. To cap off her gorgeous ensemble, she opted for Jimmy Choo Staz Mesh Bow Pointed Pumps and her hair done in long, classic Hollywood waves. On my wedding day, I didn't want to feel that at all. I feel like a princess, and I feel like that's exactly how you should feel on your wedding day." And Adam looked quite dapper himself for the big day. Indeed, the 34-year-old wore a classic black tuxedo. Completing his 'fit, the fashion sales director donned a gold watch and a white rose boutonnière. More from E! "We want our community to feel loved and appreciated and we want to pour into them, but we also have to make sure the day's about us and we feel connected." Leading up to their nuptials, Hannah made sure to keep her fans up to date on all the proceedings—including the moment they obtained their marriage license. In a photo shared to Instagram July 11, the reality TV personality—wearing a matching bright red workout set and white sneakers—held up the couple's notarized marriage license, which they obtained in Davidson County, Tenn. Beside her, Adam—rocking white shorts and a warm grey T-shirt—wrapped an arm around her waist as he smiled for the camera. Captioning the sweet shot, Hannah wrote, 'Final countdown!' Two weeks later, the Dancing With the Stars alum posted a video of her and Adam preparing to fly to France. 'About to board the flight that takes us to the start of forever,' she wrote over a July 22 Instagram video of them toasting glasses of Champagne in the airport. 'Wedding week is here and my heart has never felt so sure.' Of course, the couple's countdown to walking down the aisle kicked off long before securing their marriage certificate. After all, the pair announced their engagement in 2023, two years after going public with their relationship. And throughout their love story, Hannah and Adam have been through several other big changes together, including making the decision to move from California to Nashville. For Adam, the decision to lay down roots in a new place with his partner felt "bittersweet." "We kind of started our relationship here," he said of leaving Los Angeles in March 2023 Instagram Story, "and we got [our dog] Wally here when he was a puppy." But Nashville felt right. As Hannah put it the video, the Southern city was an opportunity for "new beginnings." For more celeb couples who said "I do" this year, keep reading. Former 'Bachelorette' Hannah Brown, who has the most Instagram followers out of any member of the 'Bachelor' franchise, was crushed to learn she unintentionally ignored a message from a certain 'Mean Girl.' 'There was something going on with my DMs and I missed a DM from Lindsay Lohan,' Brown, 30, lamented to The Post. Advertisement 'And I was devastated because Lindsay is our queen now. 'I felt like I really missed the opportunity at that point.' The brunette beauty, whose followers include Amy Schumer and Lana Del Rey, cannot explain how she became so popular on social media. 'I truly have no idea. People laugh at me … how I never know where my phone is. I'm not this innate content creator,' she said. Hannah Brown Says Choosing to Live Apart from Fiancé Adam Woolard Before Their Wedding Has Been the 'Best Decision'
Hannah Brown explained why she and fiancé Adam Woolard have chosen to live apart before their summer wedding on the June 25 episode of The Squeeze podcast She said the pair recently bought a house and saw it as an opportunity to "have this moment where this is our married house together" The two are currently living separately, and plan to settle into their new house together after tying the knot in JulyHannah Brown is opening up about her decision to live apart from her fiancé, Adam Woolard, ahead of their summer wedding. During an appearance on the June 25 episode of The Squeeze podcast, the Bachelorette alum, 30, told host Tay Lautner that her faith guided the choice. She explained that while the couple — who got engaged in August 2023 — previously lived together "for a long time," they opted to live separately after buying a house a few months ago. "It really is our faith that kind of changed things for us," she said, noting that she was "struggling" and had been "jaded by love and relationship" when she met Woolard on a dating app in 2021. "I have been healing my relationship with the Lord, and he has been discovering his relationship with the Lord. And it has been so cool to see that and to be on that journey together. We just decided for us at this time, we wanted to pursue the Lord and what does He have for us." When they purchased their house, it presented an opportunity for them to each spend some time on their own. "We were like, 'You know what? We only have a few more months before our wedding. This could be a really good time for us to have this moment where this is our married house together,' " Brown told Lautner. Brown has been living in the house, and Woolard has remained in their apartment. They will settle into their new house as husband and wife after they've tied the knot. She said the separate living situations have meant that their time together is "so much more sweet and special." "We're like giddy and excited in a way that I don't know if we would have been if we didn't have this time apart," she told Lautner. "We see each other every day. And it's made us spend the time that we have together with true intention." Brown added, "It was just the best decision for us at this time. And it's felt like such a gift." While she admitted that the pair worried about what other people would think of their living arrangements, she said those "who know and love us" have been super supportive. Brown also noted that she's sharing this personal insight into her relationship because she recognizes that some people might think, "Oh, it's just the way that it's been, so you can't change." "But you can always change your relationship," she insisted. "You can always grow, and it can look different for everyone. And it's honestly made us even closer in a way. But there are definitely times where we long for each other and miss each other. But we know that we're going to be together." Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. Brown told Lautner that she and Woolard have developed a newfound love and appreciation for each other in this experience. "And now it's like, man, we really miss each other. And we're so excited to be able to come together and really live our life aligned in the values that we have and that we've set," she said. Brown and Woolard plan to tie the knot later this month. During the podcast conversation with Lautner, the bride-to-be shared what she's most looking forward to when it comes to the big day. "I know this is so cliche to say, but seeing all the people that love us and have been a part of our journey, whether that was growing up separately, you know, in our childhood, but also the people who've like just seen our love story and have been there to support us and encourage us. That is what I'm so excited about — to have people around us that just feel that love," she said. Brown, while acknowledging that "commitment has been really hard" for her in the past, also said she is excited to go all in with Woolard. "Marriage is one of the biggest commitments you'll have in your life," she said. "And I have grown so much this past two years. And to fully be there and have that covenant together … it feels like it's gonna just be that moment of breath of like, 'We've done this,' and I'm just ready for that moment."
