Ahmed El Sakka, Ghada Abdel Razek & Ahmed Fahmy Team Up for the First Time in ‘Ahmed W Ahmed'

Egyptian stars Ahmed El Sakka, Ghada Abdel Razek and Ahmed Fahmy are teaming up for the first time in the movie Ahmed W Ahmed. Ahmed El Sakka and Ahmed Fahmy are shooting adrenaline-pumping action scenes for their upcoming film Ahmed and Ahmed, right in the heart of downtown Cairo. Directed by Ahmed Nader Galal and written by Ahmed Darwish, the movie promises high-speed car chases and explosive sequences as it races toward its Eid al-Adha release. This marks the first time Ahmed El Sakka and Ahmed Fahmy have gone head-to-head on the big screen. While they've shared projects before as guest stars — with Fahmy making a cameo in El Sakka's series Gawla Akeera (Final Round) last year, and El Sakka popping up in Fahmy's film Esabet El Max (El Max Gang) — this is their first full-fledged collaboration. The duo shares a real-life friendship, adding natural chemistry and unique energy to their on-screen partnership, something they've both highlighted in recent interviews. El Sakka's latest hit was The Squadron, which earned huge acclaim upon release. The film starred Nelly Karim, Saba Mubarak, Sherif Mounir, Diab, Mohamed Mamdouh Tyson, and more, and was directed by Ahmed Nader Galal. The Squadron spotlighted the heroics of the Egyptian Air Force in its strike against ISIS targets in Libya, following the brutal execution of 21 Coptic Egyptians. As for Fahmy, his most recent success is Max Gang, currently playing in cinemas and drawing impressive box office numbers. The film stars Ahmed Fahmy alongside Lebleba, Ruby, Aws Aws, Hatem Salah, Mohamed Lotfy, Ahmed Fahim, and Mostafa Basit, with guest appearances from Ahmed El Sakka and Hesham Maged. Max Gang is written by Amgad El Sharkawy and Fadi Abu El Saud, directed by Hossam Suleiman in his directorial debut, and produced by Hesham Abdel Khalek.
