The birthday surprise was Egyptian artist Ahmed El-Sakka, who seemed ecstatic to be there and take part less than 48 hours after it was announced that he and media personality Maha El-Sagheer were divorcing.
El-Sakka was eager to attend the celebration, and numerous pictures of him with the celebrities were distributed.
