Kuwait Airways launches 'Elite' Service

Kuwait Airways Chairman, Captain Abdulmohsen Salem Al-Fagaan, stated, 'Kuwait Airways is pleased to launch one of its newest services, the Elite Service which includes a range of distinguished services to our valued passengers. The Elite Service begins with completing the passenger's travel procedures, which include baggage weighing from home and issuing their boarding passes, followed by transportation to the airport and meet-and-assist services at T4 passenger terminal. Al-Fagaan added, 'The Elite Service also includes facilitating the completion of passenger's travel procedures at Terminal 4, access to the Elite Lounge until departure time, and transportation to the aircraft when a passenger bridge is not available. Upon return, passengers are welcomed at Terminal 4, assisted through arrival procedures, and transported home by limousine.' Al-Fagaan continued by saying, 'Customers can book and request the Elite Service through the Kuwait Airways app or website between 72 and up to 48 hours prior to departure. Home check-in service will be completed 24 hours prior to the flight, after which the baggage will be delivered to Terminal 4 (T4) before departure.' Al-Fagaan emphasized that Kuwait Airways spares no effort in ensuring the comfort of its valued customers, highlighting the company's commitment to providing exceptional services and entertainment options that enhance the travel experience. He noted that these efforts are especially timely with the onset of the 2025 summer travel season, aiming to make every journey enjoyable and engaging. KUWAIT: Returning pilgrims receive a welcome gift bag upon arrival at Kuwait International Airport. — KUNA KUWAIT: Pilgrims returning to Kuwait after performing hajj were met with a smooth and well-organized arrival process at Kuwait International Airport on Monday, as national authorities and Kuwait Airways coordinated efforts to ensure comfort and efficiency. Speaking from Terminal 4, Chairman of Kuwait Airways Abdulmohsen Al-Fagaan reaffirmed the airline's commitment to offering a seamless travel experience for Hajj returnees. Kuwait Airways ranked 20th among the world's best airlines in 2024
KUWAIT CITY, March 3: Kuwait Airways has been ranked 20th among the top 109 airlines in the world and 5th in the Middle East, according to the annual report issued by the AirHelp website for the best and worst performing airlines in 2024. The airline achieved 88% in On-Time performance, 85% in customer opinions, 43% in claim processing, and a 72% score on the Air- Help website. The report was based on collecting the opinions of passengers from more than 54 countries around the world, rating airlines on five factors consisting of cabin crew service, aircraft comfort during travel, aircraft cleanliness, quality of food menus, and entertainment programs onboard during the period from beginning of January to end of October 2024.
