Soccer European football's biggest trophy is up for grabs tonight as Paris Saint-Germain play Inter Milan in the Champions League final in Munich. The opening round of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship continues this evening. Champions Armagh began their title defence with a 2-21 to 2-17 win over Derry. In Group 2, Kilkenny stormed to an easy 3-26 to 0-9 win over Derry in Owenbeg. Galway got the better of Dublin by 0-15 to 1-6.

He shot a 1-over-par third round of 72 overnight at Quali Hollow. That leaves him 2-over all round and in a tie for 49th, alongside fellow Northern Ireland man Tom McKibbin. World number one Scottie Scheffler is the man to catch, he leads by three on 11-under.
