Gigi Hadid marks launch of Havaianas line with new campaign
DUBAI: US Palestinian Dutch supermodel Gigi Hadid has unveiled a new campaign with Brazilian footwear brand Havaianas. For the latest updates, follow us on Instagram @ The model, who launched a line with the flip flop label, stars in a vintage-inspired series of photographs. In the shots, she shows off slippers from her collection with the brand and is seen wearing retro outfits on a beach. A post shared by Havaianas (@havaianas) Hadid celebrated the launch at a party in Altro Paradiso in New York last week. At the event, she wore flip flops paired with a white tweed Marc Jacobs minidress, featuring vibrant scattered crystals. The model is no stranger to making creative decisions and is also the founder of her own cashmere brand, Guest in Residence. She launched her clothing label, which features soft, colorful knitwear, in September 2022. 'Over the last handful of years, I didn't want to be backed into starting my own line just because there was an offer on the table or a deal to be made,' she wrote to her followers on Instagram at the time. 'The earliest days of Guest in Residence came about when I started to question the cashmere market, and those answers gave me a path,' she wrote. 'I believe that because of its sustainable qualities — natural and made to cherish and to pass down — cashmere is a luxury that should be more accessible.' Earlier this year, Hadid celebrated her birthday party at Le Chalet in New York City. Hadid entered the venue with her partner, Oscar nominee Bradley Cooper on April 25, and met up with her sister Bella Hadid, mother Yolanda Hadid, father Mohamed Hadid, Russian media personality Keni Silva and US actress Anne Hathaway, among others. Gigi's birthday was on April 23, and the internet was abuzz with celebrities, designers, family and friends who sent birthday wishes to the supermodel as she turned 30.

Her sister Bella Hadid, meanwhile, delights in summer style—just look to her recent turn at Cannes Film Festival—with slinky it-girl dresses and sheer tops, as well as a summery blonde hair transformation. But now, Gigi is making her claim as a summer girl. The model and recent Vogue cover star stepped out in New York City for the launch of her collaboration with the iconic Brazilian flip-flop brand Havaianas at Altro Paradiso. Proving that flip-flops don't have to just be for the beach—and that you can be brave enough to traverse the NYC sidewalks with them in the name of fashion—she opted to pair her flip-flops with a white, gem-embellished and tweed Marc Jacobs mini shift dress. The on-trend square-toe style of flip-flop was an even more on-trend color, butter yellow. And while it's definitely of the more grass-fed tone of pantry staple yellow, it's just another example of the buttery shade's sartorial dominance right now. Hadid kept up the summery vibe with her accessories: Two sets of beaded anklets, colorful beaded and resin bangles on each arm, gem drop earrings, and a multicolor beaded bag. She kept her pedicure a minty blue, and a manicure that matched her flip-flops. And of course, her flipped bob was on show.

Nicole Brydon Bloom is embracing the present with fiancé Justin Theroux. While stepping out to a Paradise FYC event in Los Angeles on Friday, March 7, the actress, 30, told PEOPLE that she and Theroux, 53, are living in the moment as an engaged couple. She kept mum on any future wedding plans, simply noting that they're "excited" for what's to come in their relationship.
