Nicole Brydon Bloom Keeps Mum on Potential Wedding Plans with Fiancé Justin Theroux (Exclusive)
Nicole Brydon Bloom is embracing the present with fiancé Justin Theroux.
While stepping out to a Paradise FYC event in Los Angeles on Friday, March 7, the actress, 30, told PEOPLE that she and Theroux, 53, are living in the moment as an engaged couple.
She kept mum on any future wedding plans, simply noting that they're "excited" for what's to come in their relationship.

"We are just so delighted to be engaged and excited for our future together," Bloom says.
Theroux popped the question in Italy, PEOPLE confirmed in August 2024, while his film Beetlejuice Beetlejuice debuted at the Venice Film Festival. At the movie's premiere, as she and Theroux channeled a bridal moment in all-white looks, Bloom flashed her new engagement ring on the red carpet.
From Stephanie Gottlieb Fine Jewelry, the ring features a four-carat, emerald-cut flawless diamond. The stone is set in platinum, with 18-carat yellow gold inlay, and the band contains the birthstones of both Theroux and Bloom.
Weeks later, Theroux reminisced about how he and Bloom first met — through mutual friends — and recalled being instantly captivated by her.
"The first impression was wow," he said during a September 2024 appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show. "And then a friend of mine who was with me, literally the quote, [they] said, 'That's the one.' Like, we hadn't even met yet. And I was like, 'She's so stunning.' So I went over and started talking and things like that and it progressed."

Last month, Bloom shared how she was getting used to calling Theroux her fiancé since their summer engagement. "It's getting more and more normal for me," she told Al Roker on the Feb. 7 episode of Today.
She then touched on how their romance first developed. "We were friends for a little while before we started dating and I think that's actually really nice how it happened," Bloom said of their relationship.

The pair were first seen together around August 2023, about six months after they first sparked romance rumors. They were spotted kissing while on a date at Altro Paradiso, a New York City restaurant, and again months later leaving a gym together.
Theroux, who was previously married to Jennifer Aniston from 2015 to 2018, addressed his desire to keep his romantic life private in an interview with Esquire in August. He shared that it's his belief that it's "much more fun not being in a public relationship."

More from SheKnows Why Malia Obama Quietly Dropped Her Last Name - And What Michelle Really Thinks About It 'Let the good times roll into the 7th grade my beautiful Maxwell Drew 🎓✨💛,' wrote the proud mom in the caption. Simpson, who shares Maxwell, son Ace, 11, and daughter Birdie, 6, with estranged husband Eric Johnson, often speaks about how motherhood shaped her adult life, especially when it comes to body image. 'Raising Maxwell makes me realize that I don't want her to see me beat myself up for things like food choices or numbers on a scale,' she told People in 2013. The 44-year-old singer praised her teen daughter for being 'a leader, a doer, a protector, a light, a determined force, a lover of life, a goofball, a treasure, a creative, a care bear, a trusted wise old soul' in a May 11 Mother's Day post. "Just wanna say thank you to everyone that wrote a message, reached out to me," Lochte said in his Stories, while in the car with his daughter Liv Rae and son Caiden Zane. "Just open arms. It means a lot to me. Yesterday was a rough day for me, but, like always in life, you've got to put one foot in front of the other and keep moving forward." Lochte continued, saying, "And thats what I'm doing. To my second family that sent me this beautiful card, and a basket full of candy that now my son is eating," before Caiden jumped into the video to show a box of Whoppers. "Thank you guys, I love you guys." Lochte said before ending his video. The swimmer added, "Love y'all," in text over the video. Kayla, who shares Caiden, who turns 8 on June 8, as well as daughters Liv Rae (who turns 6 on June 17) and Georgia June, (who turns 2 on June 22) with Lochte, confirmed she's divorcing her husband of seven years in an Instagram post on Wednesday, June 4. 'Earlier this year, I made the hard decision to end my marriage after deep prayer and reflection,' Kayla began in her statement. 'I hold marriage in the highest regard, so this has been one of the most painful, revealing, and challenging seasons of my life. I've been hesitant to share until I could do so from a place of healing — not from fresh, open wounds.' Kayla said she wants to continue "living with transparency and authenticity," but also noted that she wants to protect "the parts of this journey that are private and unfolding in uncharted territory.' Court records obtained by PEOPLE show that Kayla filed for divorce on March 26. Lochte addressed the split after Kayla shared her post on Instagram, writing, 'I want to take a moment to acknowledge what Kayla shared. This past year has brought major changes for both of us as we've come to the difficult decision to end our marriage. Billy Joel Reveals How Feeling ‘Like a Homewrecker' After Having an Affair Drove Him to Depression
Billy Joel is shedding insight into one of the darkest periods of his life in his new documentary, Billy Joel: And So It Goes. The documentary — which premiered Wednesday, June 4, at the Tribeca Film Festival — featured the 'Piano Man' singer, 76, opening up about the origin of his marriage to his first wife, Elizabeth Weber Small, who he wed in 1973. Elizabeth's ex-husband, Jon Small, was in a band called Atilla with Joel from 1969 to 1970. At the time, Joel had moved in with Elizabeth, Jon and their former couple's son — and Joel had an affair with Elizabeth. 'I felt very, very guilty about it. They had a child. I felt like a homewrecker,' the 'New York State of Mind' singer said, according to People. 'I was just in love with a woman and I got punched in the nose which I deserved. Jon was very upset. I was very upset.' Following the affair, Elizabeth ended her relationships with both men and a distraught Joel coped by drinking, explaining that without a place to live, he was 'depressed to the point of almost being psychotic,' he said in the documentary. 'So I figured, 'That's it. I don't want to live anymore.' I was just in a lot of pain and it was sort of like why hang out, tomorrow is going to be just like today is and today sucks. So, I just thought I'd end it all.' The film featured an appearance by Joel's sister Judy Molinari — then, a medical assistant — who explained after she gave him sleeping pills to help him get sleep, he took all of them and ended up in a coma 'for days and days and days.' 'I went to go see him in the hospital, and he was laying there white as a sheet,' a tearful Molinari said. 'I thought that I'd killed him.' When the six-time Grammy winner finally woke up, his dark thoughts returned. Describing himself as 'very selfish,' Joel said he remembers thinking he wanted to try again — but he wanted to do it 'right.' During his next spiral, the 'Honesty' singer ingested a bottle of lemon Pledge — and it was Jon who ended up rushing the musician to the hospital. 'Even though our friendship was blowing up, Jon saved my life,' recalled Joel. Joel, who has since forgiven Joel for his indiscretion, shared his own thoughts on the experience., 'He never really said anything to me,' he explained. 'The only practical answer I can give as to why Billy took it so hard was because he loved me that much and that it killed him to hurt me that much.' Afterwards, Joel — who described himself as a 'lost soul' at the time— sought help. He checked himself into an 'observation ward,' remaining there for several weeks. The stay changed the course of his life forever. 'I got out,' he added, 'and I thought to myself, you can utilize all those emotions to channel that stuff into music.' Billy Joel: And So It Goes is set to premiere on HBO in July. If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. Call or text 988 or chat at
