Skills Bahrain, an initiative under the umbrella of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), in collaboration with Bahrain FinTech Bay, held the 'Future Skills – Fintech' event on February 19. The event brought together industry leaders, regulators, and fintech professionals to discuss the findings of the latest Fintech Sector Skills Report produced by Skills Bahrain in partnership with Bahrain Fintech Bay. The report highlights labor market trends, skill gaps, and opportunities in the sector. This initiative is part of Skills Bahrain's ongoing efforts to guide local talent and highlight the skills and jobs that are in demand within key economic sectors. Additionally, it showcases BFB's drive to strengthen Bahrain's position as a fintech hub.
