Stratton Bank away end at County Ground cannot be used until further work is done
Swindon Town have confirmed that more work will be required for the Stratton Bank to be opened for away fans this season. Ahead of the opening home game of the season against Cambridge United, Swindon Town and Swindon Borough Council have confirmed that the Nigel Eady County Ground has passed the safety audit from SBC and the Event Safety Advisory Group after necessary work to bring it up to standard was completed. Whilst the Stratton Bank was not required for the Cambridge match, it was not opened last year despite demand from Birmingham City and Bradford City, with CEO Anthony Hall explaining that it would not have been financially viable to do so. The stand has not been used since the visit of Wrexham on Boxing Day in 2023, and it appears that further work must be completed before that drought can be ended. As part of their statement confirming that the stadium had passed a safety inspection on August 8, Swindon mentioned that further work was underway to ensure that the Stratton Bank could be opened. Town will play local rivals Reading in the Vertu Trophy group stage on September 2, and the club hopes to put away supporters in that stand for the game, as there is likely to be a high demand; however, further work is ongoing to make that possible. Swindon revealed that, under the advice of SBC for what work was required to open the stand safely, they have successfully tested the barriers in the Stratton Bank, but fixing the E10 Emergency Gate, painting of access and egress areas, and replacement of seating remain ongoing, whilst demolition of the toilets in the stand was scheduled for next week. All of this work is scheduled to be completed ahead of the visit of Reading, but the club are working with SBC to guarantee that it will be safe to do so. The statement said: 'Further work is required at Stratton Bank to ensure it can be opened, should demand necessitate its use. 'While these works are ongoing, Swindon Borough Council and Swindon Town Football Club continue to work closely to complete all necessary requirements. 'As Stratton Bank is not currently needed for standard matchday operations, the works can progress without disruption. 'However, should there be sufficient demand, it is our intention to have the Stratton Bank operational and ready for use for the fixture against Reading on Tuesday, 2 September.'

Former Penny Stock's 54,000% Rise Makes Two Australians Billionaires
In 2009, as the global financial crisis rumbled, a little-known Australian health-tech firm snapped up a struggling imaging company for $3.5 million. Today, that bet has turned Pro Medicus Ltd. into a A$29 billion ($19 billion) firm — its shares soaring 54,000% over the past 15 years to outpace even artificial intelligence giant Nvidia Corp. The rally in the Melbourne-headquartered provider of cloud-based cancer diagnostic software has also vaulted its founders — Sam Hupert and Anthony Hall — into the ranks of the world's richest. Each is now worth about $4.7 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, which is valuing them for the first time.

Clean Seas Seafood Insiders Added AU$2.72m Of Stock To Their Holdings
Multiple insiders secured a larger position in Clean Seas Seafood Limited (ASX:CSS) shares over the last 12 months. This is reassuring as this suggests that insiders have increased optimism about the company's prospects. While insider transactions are not the most important thing when it comes to long-term investing, we would consider it foolish to ignore insider transactions altogether. This technology could replace computers: discover the 20 stocks are working to make quantum computing a reality. Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider purchase was by insider Anthony Hall for AU$1.4m worth of shares, at about AU$0.25 per share. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, even at a higher price than the current share price (being AU$0.13). It's very possible they regret the purchase, but it's more likely they are bullish about the company. To us, it's very important to consider the price insiders pay for shares. As a general rule, we feel more positive about a stock if insiders have bought shares at above current prices, because that suggests they viewed the stock as good value, even at a higher price. Clean Seas Seafood insiders may have bought shares in the last year, but they didn't sell any. They paid about AU$0.18 on average. I'd consider this a positive as it suggests insiders see value at around the current price. The chart below shows insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last year. If you click on the chart, you can see all the individual transactions, including the share price, individual, and the date! See our latest analysis for Clean Seas Seafood Clean Seas Seafood is not the only stock that insiders are buying. For those who like to find small cap companies at attractive valuations, this free list of growing companies with recent insider purchasing, could be just the ticket. It's good to see that Clean Seas Seafood insiders have made notable investments in the company's shares. Specifically, insider Murray Gilbert bought AU$1.3m worth of shares in that time, and we didn't record any sales whatsoever. This could be interpreted as suggesting a positive outlook. For a common shareholder, it is worth checking how many shares are held by company insiders. A high insider ownership often makes company leadership more mindful of shareholder interests. It appears that Clean Seas Seafood insiders own 33% of the company, worth about AU$8.7m. We've certainly seen higher levels of insider ownership elsewhere, but these holdings are enough to suggest alignment between insiders and the other shareholders. It is good to see the recent insider purchase. And an analysis of the transactions over the last year also gives us confidence. However, we note that the company didn't make a profit over the last twelve months, which makes us cautious. Given that insiders also own a fair bit of Clean Seas Seafood we think they are probably pretty confident of a bright future. While it's good to be aware of what's going on with the insider's ownership and transactions, we make sure to also consider what risks are facing a stock before making any investment decision. Our analysis shows 4 warning signs for Clean Seas Seafood (2 don't sit too well with us!) and we strongly recommend you look at these before investing.
