‘My Father's Wife' stokes intrigue in teaser video
'My Father's Wife,' starring Kylie Padilla, Gabby Concepcion, Jak Roberto, and Kazel Kinouchi just released a teaser video. The teaser, shared by GMA Drama on Instagram, suggested a love affair between Gabby's and Kazel's characters. In the series, Gabby plays the role of Kylie's father, while Kazel portrays her best friend. Jak also enters the scene, playing the role of Kylie's lover. 'Thou shalt not covet thy best friend's father,' the caption read. 'My Father's Wife' will premiere on June 23 on GMA Network. Aside from the main cast, the series will also star Snooky Serna, Arlene Muhlach, Andre Paras, Maureen Larrazabal, and Sue Prado. Gabby previously starred in "My Guardian Alien," while Kylie starred in "Asawa ng Asawa Ko" and Kazel appeared in "My Ilonggo Girl." 'Open Endings,' starring Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Klea Pineda wrap up filming
"Open Endings," an upcoming Cinemalaya film starring Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Klea Pineda, Janella Salvador, and Leanne Mamonong, has finished filming. On Instagram, Klea shared behind-the-scenes snaps taken from the film's set at a beach resort. "And that's a wrap! Sepanx is hitting different this time," the Kapuso actress said in a caption. Earlier, Jasmine teased the upcoming film by sharing a selfie with Klea, Janella, and Leanne. Directed by Nigel Santos, "Open Endings" will follow the lives of four queer women—who are exes turned best friends—as they take an unexpected shift when one makes a life-changing decision. Martin Del Rosario to star in upcoming film 'Beyond the Call of Duty'
Martin Del Rosario will grace our big screens soon! The Sparkle actor will star in the film "Beyond the Call of Duty," which will premiere in Philippine cinemas in June. Directed by JR Olinares, the film also includes Devon Seron, Paolo Gumabao, and Maxine Trinidad among its cast. Martin is known for playing Prince Zardoz in "Voltes V: Legacy." He also starred in GMA Prime series "Asawa ng Asawa Ko." He also dabbles into theater, previously starring in "Anino sa Likod ng Buwan."
