In an interview with Manorama Online, Baiju addressed the speculation, calling it 'baseless and misleading.' The 'Nunakkuzhi' actor said that there are some reports making the rounds on the internet and he doesn't understand why people spread fake news without knowing the exact truth. He said. 'There is absolutely no truth to the claims being made.' What really happened at the meeting Baiju explained that this was his first time attending the AMMA general body meeting in three years, and he had arrived late. By the time he entered the venue, Mohanlal had already delivered his address.
