Justin Baldoni Accused of ‘Harassing' Another Actress Amid Blake Lively Lawsuit
Justin Baldoni's legal troubles have escalated as he is facing fresh claims from another actress. Isabela Ferrer, who appeared in It Ends With Us, has alleged that Baldoni and his legal team are using court proceedings to intimidate her. Isabela Ferrer accuses Justin Baldoni of 'harassing' her Actress Isabela Ferrer, who played the younger Lily Bloom in It Ends With Us, has accused director Justin Baldoni of attempting to 'harass' her through the courts. Her claims come in connection with Baldoni's ongoing legal fight with Blake Lively, who sued him for sexual harassment in 2024. Ferrer first became involved when Lively's attorneys subpoenaed her in February 2025, asking for communications that could support the lawsuit. Soon after, Baldoni's lawyers served her with a separate subpoena and, on August 12, filed a motion stating she had ignored their requests. In response, Ferrer's legal team argued that Baldoni's filing was not a legitimate attempt to gather evidence. (via PEOPLE) The filing states, 'Baldoni made no effort to tailor the subpoena towards the production of new or different materials, demonstrating that the real aim of the Baldoni Subpoena, as well as the pending Motion, is to harass Ms. Ferrer.' Her attorneys further accused Baldoni's company, Wayfarer Studios, of failing to honor her acting contract, which required covering her legal expenses. The filing alleges, 'It Ends, LLC has not honored its obligations.' They said the studio offered to pay only if Ferrer 'confirms that she will 'surrender control.'' Ferrer's lawyers have asked the court not only to reject Baldoni's motion but also to impose sanctions on him. They noted that delayed negotiations about indemnification and repeated legal pressure appeared to be a strategy to create financial pressure. Meanwhile, the larger case continues to escalate. Lively has claimed Baldoni sexually harassed her during the filming of It Ends With Us and later tried to damage her reputation. Baldoni has rejected the allegations and filed counterclaims against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. However, his lawsuit was dismissed in June 2025. It Ends With Us Star Isabela Ferrer Accuses Justin Baldoni Of Harassment
New Delhi: Isabela Ferrer rose to fame by playing the younger version of Blake Lively's onscreen character Lily Bloom in It Ends With Us. The 24-year-old actress has now spoken up and accused It Ends With Us director and actor Justin Baldoni of harassing her through his ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively. What's Happening Things started heating up when It Ends With Us director-actor Justin Baldoni's lawyers filed a motion with the court on August 12, 2025, stating that Isabela Ferrer has not responded to their subpoena. The actress's lawyers, in turn, filed a rebuttal on August 17, 2025, demanding that the court deny the subpoena charged against her. Rather, they asked to impose sanctions on Justin Baldoni, alleging that he had "engaged in bad faith statistics" and hence filed a motion "for improper purposes and to harass" Isabela, as stated by People Magazine. The lawyer elaborated that the 24-year-old actress is being harassed as Justin Baldoni is tactfully using his financial control over Isabela Ferrer to control how she reponds to Blake Lively's subpoena. On the contrary, Isabela simply does not want to be embroiled in this ongoing controversy. Isabela Ferrer's lawyers further revealed how Justin Baldoni's team tried to "exert control over" her. The lawyers stated, "Baldoni made no effort to tailor the subpoena towards the production of new or different materials, demonstrating that the real aim of the Baldoni Subpoena, as well as the pending Motion, is to harass Ms Ferrer." They further added that Isabela had complied with Blake Lively's subpoena earlier this year and submitted all that was required from her end. But then came the unacceptable demands from Justin Baldoni's legal team. Furthermore, the 24-year-old actress revealed that her contract with Justin Baldoni's Wayfarer Studios at It Ends With Us Movie, LLC, states that all costs pertaining to any legal battles surrounding the film will be taken care of by them. The lawyers said, "It Ends, LLC has not honoured its obligations." The lawyer added that they have agreed to pay the fees only if Isabela "surrenders control", and the delayed indemnity of Isabela is associated with the "transparent attempt to put financial pressure on" her. Ferrer took her "reasonable extensions of time from Lively" to respond to the subpoena until the indemnity issue was sorted. About The Blake Lively-Justin Baldoni Case This new development with Isabela Ferrer has stemmed from the Blake Lively-Justin Baldoni legal case that began last December. Blake Lively, 37, had accused Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment on the It Ends With Us sets. The actor-filmmaker denied all the accusations made by the actress in her complaint with the California Civil Rights Department. Justin Baldoni further responded to her claims with a USD 400 million countersuit, which is also dismissed now. As for Blake Lively, she had subpoenaed Isabela Ferrer in February this year. Both the cases involving Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively are set to go on trial in March 2026.

It Ends With Us actress accuses Justin Baldoni of ‘harassing' her
As the case between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively continues to unfold, another actress has accused the It Ends With Us director of 'harassing' her. Isabela Ferrer, 24, portrayed the younger version of Lively's character Lily in the Coleen Hoover adaptation, the film at the core of this feud between the lead actors. Lively, 37, and Baldoni, 41, came face-to-face for the Gossip Girl actress' deposition on July 31 for the first time since their public fallout. This interaction resulted in her lawyers asking for records to be sealed as they accused the Jane the Virgin actor's team of 'immediately leaking details'. Now, Ferrer has reportedly asked for sanctions to be placed on Baldoni after his lawyers filed a motion on August 12, claiming she was unresponsive to their subpoena. According to People Magazine, her lawyers filed a rebuttal and asked the judge to deny the motion, claiming he 'engaged in bad faith tactics'. They added that his motion against her was done so 'for improper purposes and with the aim of harassing' Ferrer. 'It Ends, LLC has not honoured its obligations,' her lawyers alleged of Baldoni's Wayfarer Studios, relating to the indemnification clause in her acting contract. It's claimed that the studio agreed to pay her legal fees on the 'serious' condition that she 'confirm that she will 'surrender control'' of her response. Her lawyers claimed that this would 'not actually allow Ms. Ferrer to provide the documents that reveal the true facts.' Ferrer was subpoenaed by Lively in February, who requested that any communication relevant to the ongoing dispute be submitted. However, since then, it's claimed that Baldoni and his team have been 'improperly attempting to exert control' over the young star. Her lawyers stated: 'Baldoni made no effort to tailor the subpoena towards the production of new or different materials, demonstrating that the real aim of the Baldoni Subpoena, as well as the pending Motion, is to harass Ms. Ferrer.' Additionally, they claim delayed negotiation over her indemnity was a 'transparent attempt to put financial pressure on her'. 'Ferrer sought reasonable extensions of time from Lively to respond to the Lively Subpoena until the indemnity issue was resolved,' the motion added. The case stems from their time together on the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's novel of the same name last year. Baldoni and Lively have been embroiled in a bitter feud since it wrapped, with the A Simple Favour star claiming the director launched a smear campaign against her. Lively claimed she suffered 'severe emotional distress and pain, humiliation, embarrassment, belittlement, frustration and mental anguish' on set. More Trending He denied all claims and filed a countersuit against her, husband Ryan Reynolds and their publicist, Leslie Sloane – alleging extortion and defamation – as well as separate documents against the New York Times. This $400m countersuit was dismissed by Judge Lewis J Liman, as well as the defamation filing against the publication which initially reported the news. The trial is scheduled for March 2026, with bot Lively and Baldoni set to take the stand. Metro has reached out to Ferrer and Baldoni's teams for comment. Got a story?
