It Ends With Us actress accuses Justin Baldoni of ‘harassing' her
Isabela Ferrer, 24, portrayed the younger version of Lively's character Lily in the Coleen Hoover adaptation, the film at the core of this feud between the lead actors.
Lively, 37, and Baldoni, 41, came face-to-face for the Gossip Girl actress' deposition on July 31 for the first time since their public fallout.
This interaction resulted in her lawyers asking for records to be sealed as they accused the Jane the Virgin actor's team of 'immediately leaking details'.
Now, Ferrer has reportedly asked for sanctions to be placed on Baldoni after his lawyers filed a motion on August 12, claiming she was unresponsive to their subpoena.
According to People Magazine, her lawyers filed a rebuttal and asked the judge to deny the motion, claiming he 'engaged in bad faith tactics'.
They added that his motion against her was done so 'for improper purposes and with the aim of harassing' Ferrer.
'It Ends, LLC has not honoured its obligations,' her lawyers alleged of Baldoni's Wayfarer Studios, relating to the indemnification clause in her acting contract.
It's claimed that the studio agreed to pay her legal fees on the 'serious' condition that she 'confirm that she will 'surrender control'' of her response.
Her lawyers claimed that this would 'not actually allow Ms. Ferrer to provide the documents that reveal the true facts.'
Ferrer was subpoenaed by Lively in February, who requested that any communication relevant to the ongoing dispute be submitted.
However, since then, it's claimed that Baldoni and his team have been 'improperly attempting to exert control' over the young star.
Her lawyers stated: 'Baldoni made no effort to tailor the subpoena towards the production of new or different materials, demonstrating that the real aim of the Baldoni Subpoena, as well as the pending Motion, is to harass Ms. Ferrer.'
Additionally, they claim delayed negotiation over her indemnity was a 'transparent attempt to put financial pressure on her'.
'Ferrer sought reasonable extensions of time from Lively to respond to the Lively Subpoena until the indemnity issue was resolved,' the motion added.
The case stems from their time together on the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's novel of the same name last year.
Baldoni and Lively have been embroiled in a bitter feud since it wrapped, with the A Simple Favour star claiming the director launched a smear campaign against her.
Lively claimed she suffered 'severe emotional distress and pain, humiliation, embarrassment, belittlement, frustration and mental anguish' on set. More Trending

This $400m countersuit was dismissed by Judge Lewis J Liman, as well as the defamation filing against the publication which initially reported the news.
The trial is scheduled for March 2026, with bot Lively and Baldoni set to take the stand.

Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet reunite to shut down split rumours
Kylie Jenner and boyfriend Timothee Chalamet had a low-key reunion in Budapest after being hit with bizarre split claims. The lovebirds have been dating for around two years but have kept their romance completely private from prying eyes, aside from the occasional public appearance. This took a turn last week when the Kylie Cosmetics founder, 28, sparked rumors that their romance had ended when she seemingly hint at her single status, during a night out with Hailey Bieber. In a video making the rounds on social media, she was asked whether she was enjoying the single life, and appeared to tell the the waiting photographers, 'Yes, yes' – though it seems she may not have heard their question as she jetted to meet her partner just a few days later. A new picture has confirmed that the couple are still together and thriving, making the most of some rare downtime in Europe – where the 29-year-old is currently filming the upcoming Dune sequel. The snap, shared on Instagram by Budapest Baristas, showed the pair smiling alongside two members of staff, while Timmy flashed a peace sign for the camera. 'Today Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet just walked in to our coffeeshop at Buda we were so in confusion, we could barley concentrate, but i think you can see on our face,' the caption read. Dianna Agron shares rare comments on Glee co-stars after three tragic deaths
Dianna Agron discussed her Glee co-stars, revealing Naya Rivera, Cory Monteith and Mark Salling feel 'present in her heart' following their deaths Glee star Dianna Agron reminisced about her time with her co-stars after three of them died. She said she could 'replay memory after memory' of her co-stars Naya Rivera, Corey Monteith and Mark Salling as she admitted the three feel 'present in her heart and body'. Cory, who played Finn Hudson, died of an accidental overdose at 31 years old in 2013. Mark, known for his role as Noah 'Puck' Puckerman, died by suicide aged 35 in 2018 while he was awaiting sentencing for possessing child sex abuse images. Naya, who played Santana Lopez, drowned in Lake Piru while saving her son, Josey. Josey's father previously spoke about the incident ahead of the fifth anniversary of her death in July, telling People magazine that his son has recalled more details over time. It comes after reports Gregg Wallace is trying to 'earn a living' after MasterChef exit amid 'battle every day'. It's said that after getting into the water, Naya noticed the rented boat drifting and told Josey to swim back to it. Meanwhile, speaking about her co-stars on the And That's What You REALLY Missed podcast, Dianna said: "It's hard to think of our loved ones from the show not being present with us anymore because they feel so present in my heart, body, mind, soul, all of it." She added to host and former co-ster Jenna Ushkowitz: "I think that tenderness I feel and the memories that I have [of] who Cory, Naya and Mark were as people, as cast members, as our friends and family [are] just so vivid. "That will never dissipate for me, ever. I think there's beauty in that. I could replay memory after memory after memory." The star went on to discuss Corey, who she called a 'teddy bear'. "I mean that in a way of his kindness and groundedness in himself was so perfect. He was this tall, big brotherly presence in all of our lives. "[He] just felt so safe and equally excited about what he was getting to experience with his character. His character had a leadership position in the show, as well, and there was not an ungenerous bone in his body." Dianna added: "I remember this one time that he was having people swim in his backyard My brother had come down and [Cory] said, 'Oh, you're squinting a lot. Do you not have a pair of sunglasses?' "He was like, 'Oh, no, I don't,' and [Cory] took him into his room. He's, like, 'These are all my sunglasses. Just take a pair.' That's who he was always. It was so amazing to have." *If you're struggling and need to talk, the Samaritans operate a free helpline open 24/7 on 116 123.
