(WKRG) — A Georgia murder suspect has been arrested after an eight-hour manhunt caused a portion of I-65 in Baldwin County to shut down, according to the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. Divers are searching for a man who disappeared after a boat capsized on a Georgia lake. The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office identified the missing boater as 26-year-old Chester Upton. The last video footage that deputies have shows Upton launching his boat around 7:15 p.m. Sunday. Officials later found his boat capsized and floating in the lake. Upton hasn't been found as of Tuesday. 'Dive Team and sonar boats are working tirelessly to find this missing person. Prayers are being extended to the family,' the sheriff's office said. The sheriff's office, fire department and Georgia Department of Natural Resources will be back out on the lake Tuesday morning. Brittany Lynnette Fletcher was last seen Thursday, March 6, around 11 p.m., when she 'fled a home with her three children during a welfare concern investigation,' a BCSO news release stated. BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — A Loxley man was arrested Wednesday and is accused of sexually abusing a child less than 12 years old. Baldwin County Sheriff's Office officials said they received a report of child sex abuse involving a 9-year-old girl. Further investigation identified another victim, a 10-year-old girl, and a juvenile witness. Richard Larry Teal, 55, of Loxley, was identified as the suspect. BCSO investigators interviewed Teal on Wednesday, and he was arrested and accused of sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old. He was then taken to the Robertsdale Jail. He was booked into the Baldwin County Jail Thursday morning. Although Teal has the same name as Loxley Mayor Richard Teal, we want to make clear that this is not the same person. Deputies arrested former University of Georgia and current Baltimore Ravens player Ben Cleveland for suspicion of driving under the influence. A breathalyzer test revealed his blood alcohol concentration level was twice the legal limit, officials said. The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office booked Cleveland on Feb. 12. The deputy pulled over the driver, who handed over his license that identified him as Cleveland. The football player told the deputy he had three to four beers at a country club but hadn't drank anything else within the previous two hours. Cleveland agreed to a field sobriety test and a breathalyzer. Deputies cited Cleveland for misdemeanor driving under the influence and misdemeanor failure to maintain his lane. He posted a $1,000 bond Feb. 13, according to the booking report. Cleveland grew up in Stephens County and played for the Georgia Bulldogs from 2016 until 2020. The Ravens drafted Cleveland in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
