Golden State Warriors jersey history - No. 19 - Leandro Barbosa (2014-16)
The Golden State Warriors have had over 600 players don the more than 60 jersey numbers used by their players over the more than 75 years of existence the team has enjoyed in its rich and storied history. Founded in 1946 during the Basketball Association of America (BAA -- a precursor league of the NBA) era, the team has called home the cities of Philadelphia, San Francisco, Oakland, and even San Diego. To commemorate the players who wore those numbers, Warriors Wire is covering the entire history of jersey numbers and the players who sported them since the founding of the team. For this article, we begin with the 13th of 13 players who wore the No. 19 jersey for the Warriors. That player would be Golden State guard alum Leandro Barbosa. After starting his pro career abroad, Barbosa was picked up with the 28th overall selection of the 2003 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs. The Sao Paulo, Brazil native would play the first seven seasons of his pro career with the Phoenix Suns after a draft night deal. He would also play for the Toronto Raptors, Indiana Pacers, Boston Celtics, and Suns again before he signed with the Dubs in 2014. His stay with the team would span two seasons, coming to an end when he signed with Phoenix one more time in 2016. All stats and data courtesy of Basketball Reference.

Boston Celtics jersey history No. 24 - Harry Boykoff (1950-51)
The Boston Celtics have had players suiting up in a total of 68 different jersey numbers (and have three others not part of any numerical series) since their founding at the dawn of the Basketball Association of America (BAA -- the league that would become today's NBA), worn by well over 500 players in the course of Celtics history. To commemorate the players who wore those numbers, Celtics Wire is covering the entire history of jersey numbers and the players who sported them since the founding of the team. With 25 of those jerseys now retired to honor some of the greatest Celtics to wear those jerseys, there is a lot of history to cover. And for today's article, we will continue with the second of four people to wear the No. 24, Boston big man alum Harry Boykoff. After ending his college career at St. John's, Boykoff signed with the (defunct) Waterloo Hawks in 1949. The Brooklyn, New York native was drafted by the (also defunct) Baltimore Bullets when the Hawks went belly-up after that season, and then dealt to Boston in 1950. His stay with the team would span just 32 games before he was dealt again, this time to the (then) Tri-Cities Blackhawks (now, Atlanta Hawks) in 1951. During his time suiting up for the Celtics, Boykoff wore only jersey No. 24 and put up 6.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game. All stats and data courtesy of Basketball Reference.

During his time suiting up for the Celtics, Kudelka wore only jersey No. 21 and put up 4.7 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game. All stats and data courtesy of Basketball Reference.
