Actor Sorab Bedi , who originally played the male lead Kartik, is being replaced by Jay Soni . Confirming the development, Jay says, 'Yes, I am replacing Sorab to play the new Kartik. I don't know why he has been replaced, and I haven't asked the production house about the reason either.' When asked about stepping into someone else's shoes midway through a show, he shares his straightforward approach. He says, 'It's not about how comfortable I am replacing someone—I don't think that way. I just want to perform and give my best, whether I'm playing a brand-new character or replacing someone.
