APTDC to promote tourist destinations through digital platforms
The Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) is contemplating a comprehensive promotional campaign on digital platforms to showcase the State's rich cultural heritage, historical significance, and natural beauty, aiming to attract tourists from around the world.
A statement released by the tourism corporation said that the digital campaign features a series of videos highlighting the unique aspects of various tourist destinations in Andhra Pradesh. These include the Kalamkari textile printing art of Pedana near Machilipatnam in Krishna district, the ancient Bhattiprolu Buddhist stupa in Bapatla district, its historical significance and evolution, the unique Mangalagiri handloom fabrics in Guntur district and the sacred Panakala Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple and the Undavalli Caves
These videos are designed to showcase the A.P.'s rich cultural heritage and attract international tourists, the statement read, urging people to view and share these videos to spread the word about the State's unique attractions.
