Dozens of arrests, medical transports after 'Blarney Blowout' at UMass Several events will be held on Monday beginning at Amherst Town Hall at 9:00 a.m. Town council members will read a proclamation, and the 'Walk for Tibet' will follow, an eight-mile peace march from Amherst to Northampton.
