THE world's biggest Legoland park is in the UK - and its about to look much better. Legoland Windsor first opened in 1996 and was the most-visited theme park in the UK pre-Covid. 5 Legoland is getting a grand new entrance area 5 A new Brick Street Cafe will also open Credit: Attraction Source 5 New ticket and bag check areas will also be included Credit: Attraction Source Despite a number of new attractions opening at the park, the main entrance has remained relatively unchanged. However, new images have revealed a grand new makeover to replace the "dated" area. The plans show two new structures on either side of the Legoland sign, looking like giant Lego bricks. It is also part of a new upgrade to the entire entrance area, being dubbed "The Beginning". This includes a new Brick Street Cafe, upgraded bag search areas and ticket areas and improved crossing. The plans were given the go-ahead last November, although a confirmed opening date of the new area is yet to be confirmed.
