(TSX: GFP) (' GreenFirst ' or the ' Company ') is providing the voting results for the election of its Board of Directors, which took place at the Company's Annual General Meeting which was held virtually on May 2, 2025. A total of 17,798,023 common shares were voted by proxy at the meeting representing 78.74% of the votes attached to all outstanding shares.
