A new Dhs3 billion hotel has just been announced and it's coming to the Dubai World Islands. Only accessible by boat (very luxe indeed), the Buddha-Bar Hotel and Buddha-Bar Beach will be built at The Heart of Europe. Plans for the luxury resort include a dreamy beach club, new lounges and restaurants which are set to take two years to build.
