Emmerdale legend released from prison as a shock decision is made
Joe Tate's (Ned Porteous) meddling has caused a feud to form between Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) and Sam Dingle (James Hooton) in Emmerdale. Joe was put in charge of Kim Tate's (Claire King) grand plan a few days ago. As she left for Dubai, Joe decided to focus on getting Butlers Farm from Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb). He pounced on his prey after learning that Moira had received more bad news from the water company. Due to Moira being in a vulnerable position when Joe put forward the idea of her selling, it meant she was very tempted. Moira changed her mind on signing the contract when she discovered Joe had paid Noel from the water company to deliberately reject her appeal. She then faced a nightmare when two teens broke into a barn, and immediately thought that Joe was responsible for organising it. At Home Farm, Joe told Moira that his plans, as ruthless as they are, never involve putting children in danger. Moira didn't believe him and went to punch Joe, but poor Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) got in the way. Moira was arrested and taken to the station in this evening's episode and while this was happening, Cain was on the warpath. He found Lydia and told her to lie to the police if she got questioned about Moira hitting her. Lydia was unsure about this, but Cain threatened her and said she didn't have a choice. While Cain was playing bad cop, Joe took a different approach. He spoke to Lydia and Sam and said that he likes them both, and said Moira shouldn't get away with an act of violence. More Trending Moira ended up getting released from prison due to the complaint getting dropped. Unfortunately though, that wasn't the end of the matter. In the pub, Cain and Sam continued to argue. Cain felt frustrated over Sam's loyalty to the Tates, while Sam looked at his brother differently after his confrontation with Lydia. Cain told Sam that he needs to pick a side – and he chose the Tates…which is bound to just make things worse. Emmerdale legend in danger as Joe Tate sets out to destroy her
Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) is a man on a mission in Emmerdale. Ever since he broke Kim Tate's (Claire King) trust, Joe has been determined to rebuild their relationship. When Kim mentioned her grand plan to him a couple of days later, he was more than happy to be appointed assistant. Said plan is to buy all of the land that surrounds Home Farm, so the Tates can become more powerful and richer than ever before. It's quite the task, but both Joe and Kim are determined to make it work. With Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) currently refusing to budge with Annie's farmland, Joe turned his attention back to Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) in tonight's episode. Yesterday, he got word that she had another fine to pay post-slurry spill, and knew that was the exact moment to strike. Because Joe offered to buy Butlers Farm at a time Moira felt vulnerable, it seemed tempting to her. She could see the benefits of running the farm as a tenant, without the business stress alongside it. Moira had a conversation with Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) about this, and he said he will support her, whatever she decides to do. Very close to signing the contract offer, Moira then made a huge discovery. Outside the new stables, Joe was having a conversation with Noel, the man who told Moira yesterday that her appeal to the water company had been declined. Listening in on the conversation, Moira was disgusted to learn that Joe had paid Noel to deliberately give her bad news about the appeal. At Home Farm a while later, Moira arrived and confirmed to Joe that she absolutely won't be giving him Butlers Farm. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? Joe was incredibly frustrated that evening. Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) assumed that without Moira and Robert's land, the plan couldn't go ahead. More Trending Er, wrong. Joe told her that he will get what he wants, and doesn't care who he destroys along the way. Bit of a red flag here Dawn, but ok. What will Joe do next in his attempt to get his hands on Butlers? Emmerdale stabbing and attack confirmed as Moira is taken away by the police
Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) faces an absolute nightmare in upcoming episodes of Emmerdale. The beloved character has been swimming in stressful situations as of late, and things aren't getting any better. It was the slurry leak orchestrated by John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) that ultimately kicked things off for her and Butlers Farm. The contaminated liquid damaged a lot of farmland and also spilt into the main water supply. Everything got fixed – but Moira's bank account was heavily impacted. Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb), believing he was responsible for it, worked hard to try and find a way to help pay Moira's bills. However, he – for some reason – thought the best idea would be growing and selling weed in one of the barns. Moira caught Mackenzie and Ross Barton (Michael Parr), frustrated her little brother took a risk when the business was already struggling. Next week, Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) heads to Butlers to talk about Kim Tate (Claire King) buying their land. Feeling smug, Joe heads back and tells Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) that it seems like the plan is in motion. Meanwhile, Moira tells Kyle (Huey Quinn) and Isaac (Bobby Dunsmuir) that they aren't losing their home. Once Moira leaves, the lads hear a noise, and decide to head off to investigate. In a barn, Kyle and Isaac spot two masked teenagers. One of them is April's (Amelia Flanagan) friend Dylan (Fred Kettle) and, in a blind panic, Kyle accidentally stabs Dylan's leg with a pitchfork. Moira arrives and scares the boys away, while Cain (Jeff Hordley) solely blames Joe for the ordeal. PC Swirling (Andy Moore) heads over to the farm but frustratingly, he can't really do much. With her livelihood at risk, Moira lashes out but accidentally hits Lydia (Karen Blick) instead of Joe. While Swirling wasn't able to do anything about the lads in the barn, he can do something about this, and arrests Moira. Things really aren't looking good. 'She always has problems with the farm doesn't she but it's real life I suppose because it is tough for farmers out there', star Natalie J Robb said. More Trending 'Hopefully good things can come from it if she manages to keep it, good things can start, new ideas can be made to work on the farm, like a lot of farmers have had to adapt to doing like glamping sites and things like that. Hopefully things like that, that's in my head, that would be nice. 'But she is going through a tough time. It's an interesting time as well because all of these stories are interlinked and it's quite well done, and how people get it wrong and there's little disasters everywhere. All Emmerdale spoilers for next week as two new faces stir up trouble
Next week in Emmerdale, trouble is brewing as two new faces arrive. Celia is played by Jaye Griffiths, and will be involved in a storyline involving Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt), who ends up getting attacked by one of her dogs. On Butlers Farm, Joe Absolom debuts as Ray, a drug dealer contacted by Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) about some weed plants growing in a barn. Both characters are villainous ones, and will make a huge impact on multiple characters in their first few days. Elsewhere, Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) manages to get through to Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley), as they reach a decision together about Nate Robinson's (Jurell Carter) funeral. Here's everything you need to know. Paddy spots a sheep caught in a fence on Celia's farm. He rushes off to help but after, an aggressive dog approaches Paddy and attacks him. Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) rushes Paddy to hospital but later, he turns the life-threatening attack into an opportunity to assassinate his son's character. Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) is shocked and hustles Bear out of the hospital room. When she gets back, Mandy tries to lift Paddy's spirits, but it's clear that his dad's words have seriously impacted him. Elsewhere, Ross Barton (Michael Parr) agrees to attempt to get Lewis (Bradley Riches) to change his mind about selling the weed to a dealer, after Mackenzie reminds him that they're doing this to help Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) keep the farm. In the pub, Lewis is grateful when Ross reaffirms his commitment to doing things Lewis' way but unbeknownst to them, Mack has already made contact with a drug dealer. It's Paddy's birthday and he's returned from hospital. He welcomes Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) over, but he struggles to lift his mate's spirits. After Marlon leaves, Paddy gets a bolt gun from the vets' cabinet and heads out, ready to confront Celia. When he gets on the land, though, Paddy quickly realises he is no match for the new face. When he returns, Paddy confronts Bear and unleashes his frustration. The argument ends with Paddy telling Bear to move out. Meanwhile, Lewis discovers Ross has betrayed him by selling the weed. Newcomer Ray arrives, but Ross makes it clear he's in absolutely no mood to help Mack complete the deal. Later though, Ross discovers the weed has gone, and he seemingly knows exactly who the culprit is. However, when Mack confirms he didn't sell it to Ray, Ross wonders if Lewis is holding enough weed to send him down for a long time. When Lewis gets back to Butlers, Ross realises that he didn't traffic the weed himself. It leaves the trio with the realisation that someone has stolen the drugs to sell on the streets. More Trending Elsewhere, Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) is worried when Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) reveals that Kammy Hadiq (Shebz Miah) is coming to their engagement party, while Sarah helps Cain see that Tracy Shankley (Amy Walsh) barring the Dingles from Nate's funeral gives them a chance to provide him with a proper family send-off instead. Marlon's arranged an intervention in the forms of a lads day playing a zombie game. View More » However, when Paddy fails to help him save the world from a zombie apocalypse, Marlon gets real with his mate, realising just how serious the situation is.
