JoJo Siwa And Chris Hughes Seemingly Go Instagram Official, Nearly A Month After Her Ex Went Public About Their Breakup

Wait, did JoJo Siwa, 22, and Chris Hughes, 32, just hard launch their relationship on social media? Well, fans think so! Gerardo Mora / Getty Images for Universal Orlando Resort, Dave Benett /for Longines Since participating in the latest season of Celebrity Big Brother UK, JoJo has garnered a lot of attention for her experience in the house. She dealt with inappropriate and offensive comments from Mickey Rourke, like when he said he wanted to "tie her up" to "make her straight." His actions towards JoJo and other castmates eventually got him kicked off the show. The former Dance Moms star also caught the attention of viewers when she formed a close friendship with former Love Island star, Chris Hughes. Viewers speculated the two were getting extremely close after an intimate scene showed Chris caressing JoJo's back, and soon relationship rumors began to spark, despite JoJo openly being in a relationship with someone else. In a very vulnerable and brave moment on the show, JoJo admitted that she was questioning her sexuality, revealing that staying in the Big Brother house made her realize she is "not a lesbian." Speculation surrounding her relationship with Chris escalated when JoJo's ex, Kath Ebbs, revealed that JoJo broke up with them at the CBB UK wrap party. In late April, Kath took to social media to vent their sadness and frustration about the breakup. "I flew across the world to support and be there and hold that person in whatever they would be experiencing, leaving such a wild experience, and instead, I was dumped at the afterparty, with Chris [Hughes] in the next room,' Kath said. 'I was told that there are confused feelings there…and that she had realized in the house that I wasn't the person that [she] wanted to spend the foreseeable future with, which has honestly been so shocking, that I feel kind of subhuman right now. I feel incredibly humiliated, and I feel a bit embarrassed." ITV viewers switch off David Tennant's new game show Genius Game after just ten minutes as they share same complaint

ITV viewers switched off David Tennant's new game show after just ten minutes as they shared the same complaint. The first episode of Genius Game premiered on Wednesday evening and saw players test their intellectual acumen and attempt to win a cash prize. Hosted by the Doctor Who star, 54, who took on the role of The Creator, the eight-part reality game series takes inspiration from a South Korea n show. However, many viewers took issue with the new programme and commented on how 'complicated' it seemed, with many not understanding the premise. Some took to social media to share their concerns and posted on X: 'Just starting this. Seems very complicated. I'll watch it out but not looking good tbh #GeniusGame.' 'Still have no idea how this works #GeniusGame.' According to The Sun, one watcher turned off the show in just ten minutes and penned: 'Bye bye.' Others said: 'Sorry #GeniusGame it's a no from me, way too complicated for that time of night, I need mindless entertainment after a busy day, ITV should've just extended #CBBUK instead.' ''I didn't understand the rules fully' - Most relatable contestant ever.' 'I'm struggling to understand. I'm clearly no genius, the rules on rules on rules are something else #GeniusGame.' 'So do you have to be a genius to understand The Genius Game? I have completely no idea what's actually happening.' 'I've given up on this already.' 'This #GeniusGame is needlessly complicated...' While someone else enjoyed the show and wrote: 'This was a really good premiere of #GeniusGame for ITV. I'm a bit wary that the general public can't understand the games, but for me, it's about smart people trying to outsmart their peers. And I loved it.' However, many viewers took issue with the new programme and commented on how 'complicated' it seemed, with many not understanding the premise It comes after Alex Jones was scolded and forced to apologise for 'spoiling' David Tennant's new series live on The One Show. The BBC presenter appeared alongside co-host Angelica Bell on Tuesday evening's instalment. 'And now you're about to front, a brand new game show,' Angelica commented. '11 contestants, all with exceptional qualities, fighting it out for a big prize, a sum of money. Tell us about what your role is.' David explained: 'I'm the creator, I didn't create it, but I'm called the creator.' The star described how in the show, he was 'sort of the voice of God' and added: 'I kind of appear and give them instructions and tell them things, and make them do things.' 'They're all very bright and clever,' David said. Alex commented: 'NASA and things?' 'Well, the NASA thing is a bit of a spoiler that,' the former Doctor Who star revealed. Alex put her head in her hands and groveled, 'Sorry, sorry David!' He joked back: 'You've watched the first episode clearly, that's fine.' 'So there's a stand up comic, and the crime writer and there's a forensic scientist and there's a professional poker player,' he went on.

Coronation Street suffers major leak as fans on set tour sneak into brand new Platt house - and reveal huge redesign before it has even landed on screens

Coronation Street has suffered a major leak after a fan on a set tour snuck into the brand new Platt house after it was rocked by a deadly fire in terrifying explosion scenes in February. Number eight on the Cobbles was set alight by Max Turner (Paddy Bever) to try and help his dad David's (Jack P. Shepherd) debt. The house fire also led on to Gail Platt's (Helen Worth) heartbreaking exit after 50 years with the ITV soap. Fans have been desperate to find out what their family home looks like now in the aftermath of the fire, and one fan secretly recorded it while on a set tour. TikTok user tezza88 snuck into the pad and got his phone out to show what fans what they've desperately wanted to see. So far, the living room boasts Herringbone flooring, navy walls and modern wooden cupboards. Meanwhile the kitchen has matching floors, navy marble cupboards and white work surfaces. The fan captioned the post: 'Inside Gail Platt's house,' with a whispering emoji. He wrote over the top of the clip: 'Sneaking inside Gaill's house.' And many were shocked with how different it looks and flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts. One said: 'I don't like it I'm sorry it looks so so modern like Ed Bailey's house tbh.' 'Woah!??? It's changed and I don't like it.' 'Refurbs are always risky. Avid viewers struggle get used to change.' 'I haven't tuned in since like 2021 why is there a new number 8.' 'Looks a lot better it was stuck in an early 90's decor time warp!' 'Wow it's very different.' 'Blimey that looks better, can you move in to Tyrone and Fizz and Chesney and Gemma's please.' It comes shortly after David Platt star Jack P. Shepherd was crowned winner of this year's Celebrity Big Brother. The soap star was up against Danny Beard, JoJo Siwa, Chesney Hawkes, Donna Preston and Chris Hughes. Danny placed second, while JoJo came third. CBB fans were left shocked by Jack's unexpected win, as they joke that 'all he did was drink tea'. Taking to X to react to the soap star's win, fans quipped: 'The British public making someone with a dry sense of humour and a tea addiction the winner of Celebrity Big Brother feels weirdly patriotic #CBBUK.' 'Jack drinking tea all season and wins the whole thing. Legendary. #CBBUK #CBB #CelebrityBigBrother. 'Jack's won for doing f*** all but drinking tea all day #cbbuk.' In his first exclusive interview, Jack told AJ and Will that he is 'blown away' by his victory and 'didn't expect it' - instead he had JoJo Siwa 'nailed' as the winner. Talking about how he went from the most-nominated housemate to the winner, the soap star admitted: 'I figured that I might annoy a few people and they might not know how to work me out but I guess I was liked by the end.' Jack took to Instagram later on after his win and thanked everyone for his support. He said: 'I just want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart. It means the world. I'm blown away by the love and support.

This Morning fans spot savage dig at JoJo and Chris as they issue statement on romance

JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes appeared on This Morning today to chat about Celebrity Big Brother and their bond but fans spotted a cheeky dig at the duo This Morning fans noticed a cheeky dig at JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes on the show after their first joint interview. The pair appeared on the blue sofa today, their first appearance since the Celebrity Big Brother final on Friday night. The pair formed a very close bond on the ITV reality show and many had speculated there was more to their bond than friendship - with the rumours only growing when it was revealed JoJo had split from her partner Kath Ebbs. ‌ During their chat on This Morning, the pair discussed their friendship and bond, with Chris sharing: "It's like our friendship is like – it's just a really strong bond between two people which is just a strong friendship, and I think you could have a soulmate friendship. ‌ "I think that's a thing, and to me, it's like that energy of where it's not like the standard friendship that you have with your friends, but it's, you know, it's still a friendship. You know, we are friends, and it's just nice, and that's why I found the whole – I found it strange that it was such a strong friendship, but having someone in there to go through an experience like that, have someone there every day, when you're emotional, when you're down, when you're happy, that was beautiful." JoJo was then directly asked whether there could be something more between them. "Look, he's a great guy. It is platonic, we have a lot of fun together. Life is life, and I don't know any future of anything. But, I'm really grateful for our dynamics that we have in our bond that we have, and whatever like does like, we will," she had said. However, some fans couldn't help but notice the announcement of the phone-in topic for today - where Mel Schilling and the This Morning team were set to discuss micro cheating with callers. One fan penned: "Not #ThisMorning talking about micro cheating right after Chris and JoJo have just been on #CBBUK," whilst another added: "How appropriate explaining what micro cheating is, straight after Jojo and Chris #thismorning." ‌ "They're talking about micro cheating right after jojo and chris left #CBBUK #ThisMorning," a third said, with a fourth adding: "I'm rooting for them, whether they're friends or become more, a close bond with someone who lets her be herself is something Jojo needs and probably has never properly had before, bless them #thismorning." However, other fans heaped praise on the pair for their joint interview. One shared: "Jojo is so incredibly emotionally mature for her age. I was nothing like that at 21 and still not like that at 37. She's incredible! #thismorning." Another said of their own experience: "Completely agree with #chris on @thismorning you can have a soulmate as a best friend I had this myself with a gay man we loved each other so much but it was platonic obviously - it's a shame they have to explain themselves it's none of anyone else's business #ThisMorning." "Feels a bit like people are trying to push Chris and jojo into admitting romantic feelings (doesn't sound like there is any but even if there is why does it need to be announced on live tv) #ThisMorning #cbbuk," another added.

Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa confirm 'relationship' status as CBB stars speak out

Eager Celebrity Big Brother fans have been waiting to find out if there is a romantic spark between Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa following their exit from the show. Now, the pair of reality TV stars have finally spoken about their 'really strong bond' – but is it solely platonic? Speaking to This Morning hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, JoJo revealed: 'Obviously we're close, obviously we're tight.' While Chris added: 'The thing is, our friendship is like, it's just a really strong bond between two people, it's just a strong friendship. 'I think you can have a soulmate friendship, I think that's a thing and to me it's like that energy where it's not like the standard friendship you have with your friends but it's still a friendship, we are friends and it's just nice and that's why I found the whole… I found it strange because it's such a strong friendship. 'But having someone in there to go through an experience like that and have someone there every day when you're emotional when you're down, when you're happy, that is beautiful, that is a genuinely amazing thing.' When JoJo was asked if she wanted to have a 'romantic' relationship with Chris instead of a 'platonic' one, she told Ben: 'Look, he is a great guy, it is platonic, we have a lot of fun together, life is life and I don't know any future of anything. 'But I'm really grateful for the dynamic that we have and our bond that we have and whatever life does life will do.' The CEO of gay pop has officially left the Celebrity Big Brother House! JoJo has a special message for everyone who voted for her 🥳 #CBBUK — Celebrity Big Brother UK (@bbuk) April 25, 2025 Also on the interview on Monday morning (April 28), ITV presenter Cat praised JoJo for always being 'open and honest' while in the public eye. She then asked the popular TikTok star for the 'truth' about all the 'reports' over the weekend regarding her personal life. JoJo shared: 'Honestly when I went into the house, day one fun, day two fun, well day two wasn't actually that fun but then honestly day three I was in my own thoughts, away from everyone that I know, away from everything, and I sat with myself and from that point on I really realised things that I was okay with in my life, that I should have never been okay with in the first place.' Cat interrupted: 'Do you mean your relationship?' JoJo continued: 'So many things, that was one of them, but so many things. 'Obviously I wanted to hold them inside because I didn't want to air that out very publicly but there were countless things that I was like 'that's not something I was okay with and I don't need to be okay with and I'm not happy' and I knew as soon as I got out I wanted to fix things in my life and make the changes I need to make. 'I think you have this experience that's so exhilarated, it's 20 days but it feels like it's four and a half years and the first thing you want to do when you get out is just exactly what you need to do in your life to make it as great as you can.' JoJo then confirmed a conversation with her now ex-partner Kath Ebbs took place at the CBB wrap party which ended their relationship, but that 'wasn't the plan' as their ex originally declined to attend the event. She added: 'They straight up asked me if I was happy and I said 'no' and one thing led to another and that conversation did take place there.'
