SAPD stated the crash happened around the 3800 block Millbrook drive when a red Cadilac was heading east on Millbrook and lost control hitting a parked blue GMC Envoy causing the Envoy to move forward and hit a fire hydrant.
The SAPD officer at the accident told a Conchovalleyhomepage reporter that the cause of the wreck may have been directly related to a medical issue and the driver is being evaluated. The officer said if it was deemed to be caused by a medical issue there will be no citation, but if it was deemed it wasn't caused by a medical issue the driver will be cited for failure to control speed.
