The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) yesterday announced the Class 12 Supplementary examinations results, 2025 and is expected to declare the Class 10 supply results next. For most of the subjects, the supply exams were held from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and for a few exams were held from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Candidates need to use their roll numbers, school numbers and admit card IDs to check the CBSE Class 10 supply exam results. The supplementary examination 2025 was taken using the 2024-25 board exam syllabus. This year, a total of 143581 students registered for the Class 12 supply exam, of whom 138666 appeared and 53201 passed. The pass percentage is 38.36 per cent. This year, a total of 17.04 lakh students had registered for the Class 12 annual exam this year, of whom 16.92 lakh appeared. A total of 14.96 lakh students passed, registering an overall pass percentage of 88.39 per cent. For Class 10, a total of 23.85 lakh students registered and 23.71 lakh appeared. Of these, 22.21 lakh passed, and the overall pass percentage was 93.66 per cent.

The Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh has called on eligible candidates to apply for fresh and renewal of Central Sector Scholarship for the academic year 2025-26. The last date to apply for the Central Sector Scholarship is October 31, 2025.(Representative image) Candidates must note that the last date of online applications has been fixed as October 31, 2025. Sponsored by the Department of Higher Education, applications or the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University students began from June 6, 2025. In an official notice, the board informed that students who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination under the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE), Bhopal in 2025, and have secured more than 80th percentile should fill the online application only on the National Scholarship Portal for fresh scholarship. Students should apply for the scholarship only after carefully studying the guidelines available on the NSP portal. Worth mentioning here, the Ministry of Education offers scholarships to provide financial assistance to meritorious college and university students from poor families to meet a part of their daily expenses while pursuing higher studies. The total number of scholarships is divided among the state board for 18-25-year-old students after segregating the share of CBSE and ICSE students. Fifty per cent of the scholarships are earmarked for girls. The amount of scholarship is ₹12,000 per annum at the graduation level for the first three years and ₹20,000 per annum at the postgraduate level. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the UGC Ishan Uday scholarship up to October 31 on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP), UGC Ishan Uday scholarship registration underway at NSP portal Also read: Central Sector Scholarship for College, University Students: Application open, check eligibility, amount, other details Under this scheme, ten thousand scholarships are awarded every year to students belonging to the economically weaker section of the Northeast region at the rate of ₹ 8,000 per month for ten months. Fifty per cent of the scholarships under each category are earmarked for Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Law, Management and the other 50 per cent are earmarked for Science, Engineering & Technology, Medical, Technical, Agriculture and Forestry programmes. The result or selection status is normally announced in November/December. They should be pursuing a recognised undergraduate degree Only the students who are already admitted in the first year of the UG degree programme in an eligible university/college/institution within India are eligible to apply. Students who have already acquired a degree are not eligible. The scholarship will be provided for the duration of the UG degree programme. For integrated and dual degree programmes, the scholarship will be awarded for the duration of the UG compartment only. The scholarship is only for those studying a regular, full-time course. Open/ distance/ correspondence/ private/ part-time courses are not eligible. Students admitted through the management quota are not eligible. The annual parental income of the applicant should be below ₹ 4.50 lakh per annum. 4.50 lakh per annum. The applicants must have a valid domicile certificate of any Northeast state. The renewal of the scholarship is subject to good conduct and maintenance of prescribed attendance.
