Liam Payne's heartbroken sister pays tribute to late star with poignant visit to One Direction video location
LIAM Payne's sister has paid an emotional tribute to the late star by visiting the site of a One Direction video. Ruth Gibbins made her way to heritage site Clevedon Pier where the group filmed the video for You & I in 2014. 7 7 7 A small plaque commemorates the recording while another remembers Liam, who died after falling from his hotel balcony in Argentina last October. Ruth shared two pictures from the location in Somerset, alongside poignant lyrics from the song which read: "I figured it out, nothing can come between you and I." Last month Ruth paid another tribute to her brother after watching his new Netflix show, Building The Band. Liam's final TV project, which sees him working as a talent show judge, features a host of music stars including Kelly Rowland and AJ McLean of the Backstreet Boys. It was filmed just months before Liam fatal fall and his family was given the final sign-off on how he appeared in the show. Liam appears from episode seven, and the series will be released this Wednesday. Ruth, 33, watched Building The Band ahead of its release, and took to Instagram to share how "proud" she is of her beloved brother. She said: "I didn't know whether to share this but it felt weird when I've raved about Liam's work and achievements for the last 15 years. "I'm heartbroken he never got to see how great he is in this show. "He knew he had done a good job, we all told him this when we were at filming, but watching it back, wow! Continuing the emotional message, Ruth said: "You're a star Liam, you always were and always will be. "There are a range of emotions I felt watching this, but one of the main ones is immeasurable pride, always. "Miss you more every day." LIAM'S LAST SHOW In the trailer, Liam tells one act: 'You've got a lot of work to do vocally — I need to feel that connection between you guys.' In another scene he is seen seemingly referring to his own One Direction past when he says: 'How these bands are put together is not normal — we were not put together that way.' The show brings together 50 musicians who have to form six bands, without ever seeing each other in person. They perform in individual booths and have to pick one another based on singing ability and compatibility alone. It shares similarities to how Liam's band One Direction was formed on The X Factor in 2010. 7 7 7

The Waverley returns to Bristol 50 years since its relaunch
The world's last seagoing paddle steamer returns to the Bristol channel this month offering popular day trips across the West and South West Waverley is a vessel of national significance and is registered on The National Historic Fleet with almost 80 years of has operated in preservation since 1975 becoming a "national treasure" after carrying an estimated six million passengers."We have developed the best possible sailing programme for the Bristol Channel to ensure that as many locals and visitors as possible have the opportunity to step aboard the Waverley," said Captain Dominic McCall. Strong winds in early June effected an excursion and a crew member noticed a boiler leaking steam on the ship which needed to be repaired ship will now be ready to set sail again for its planned tours on 6 June where passengers can join a special fundraising cruise round the Holm Islands to help support the maintenance of Clevedon Pier, the only Grade 1 listed pier in England. This season includes two planned trips to the remote Lundy Island – passengers that board the Bristol channel experience will be allowed to step ashore and explore the mark the 200th anniversary of the modern railway the Waverley is giving the "ultimate day out" by connecting three steam railways – the West Somerset, the Brecon Mountain and Lynton & Barnstable railways by taking a paddle steamer and steam train around the Bristol Channel and South West Wales are until 25 June, where the Waverley will be exploring Glasgow and Clyde Coast Summer from 27 June.
