A small plaque commemorates the recording while another remembers Liam, who died after falling from his hotel balcony in Argentina last October.
Ruth shared two pictures from the location in Somerset, alongside poignant lyrics from the song which read: "I figured it out, nothing can come between you and I."
Last month Ruth paid another tribute to her brother after watching his new Netflix show, Building The Band.
Liam's final TV project, which sees him working as a talent show judge, features a host of music stars including Kelly Rowland and AJ McLean of the Backstreet Boys.
It was filmed just months before Liam fatal fall and his family was given the final sign-off on how he appeared in the show.
Liam appears from episode seven, and the series will be released this Wednesday.
Ruth, 33, watched Building The Band ahead of its release, and took to Instagram to share how "proud" she is of her beloved brother.
She said: "I didn't know whether to share this but it felt weird when I've raved about Liam's work and achievements for the last 15 years.
"I'm heartbroken he never got to see how great he is in this show.
"He knew he had done a good job, we all told him this when we were at filming, but watching it back, wow!
Continuing the emotional message, Ruth said: "You're a star Liam, you always were and always will be.
"There are a range of emotions I felt watching this, but one of the main ones is immeasurable pride, always.
"Miss you more every day."
LIAM'S LAST SHOW
In the trailer, Liam tells one act: 'You've got a lot of work to do vocally — I need to feel that connection between you guys.'
In another scene he is seen seemingly referring to his own One Direction past when he says: 'How these bands are put together is not normal — we were not put together that way.'
The show brings together 50 musicians who have to form six bands, without ever seeing each other in person.
They perform in individual booths and have to pick one another based on singing ability and compatibility alone.
It shares similarities to how Liam's band One Direction was formed on The X Factor in 2010.

Obsessed with the nighties in Netflix's Too Much? Here are the prettiest we're shopping (and wearing all day)
Daily Mail journalists select and curate the products that feature on our site. If you make a purchase via links on this page we will earn commission - learn more I am, most definitely, a pyjama person. I spend an obnoxious amount of time in silk camisole-and-short sets and feather cuff shorts, because their both a) cosy and b) prettier than most of the clothes in my wardrobe. So I entirely related to fellow nightwear person Jessica (Megan Stalter) when I recently binged Netflix's Too Much. In the new Lena Dunham romcom – a masterpiece, I might add – the American protagonist has a love affair not only with 'musician' Felix (Will Sharp), but also billowy, twee nighties. While I've not worn a nightie since my teenage years, her cutesy selection got me thinking. Firstly, an airy cotton nightie is exactly what I need to sleep without melting in the endless heatwave that's been this summer. Secondly, if I revert to my teenage nightie-wearing ways, I wouldn't only have a cute and flowy bedtime outfit – I'd also definitely get away with wearing it outside the house in the sunshine. A good way to ease into this trend is with a loose-fitting nightie, which is basically the same as a summer dress, only you buy it from a different part of the store. The appeal? First, they tend to come in cute pastel colours perfect for warmer months. Second, they're so loose it practically feels like you're wearing nothing at all, which anyone who's commuted on the London tube in July knows is a joy that can't be overstated. For fellow comfort lovers, here are 9 of the best nighties on the high street that you can get away with wearing as summer dresses. Happy shopping!
