Milan change format of Jashari offer with 35m guaranteed
Milan are preparing a new and improved offer to Club Brugge for Ardon Jashari, increasing the fixed fee to €35m and lowering the performance-related bonuses. La Gazzetta dello Sport point out this is still roughly the same overall figure for the investment, but the structure of it will change. It means that when CEO Giorgio Furlani told the Belgian directors that the final offer was going to be €32.5m plus bonuses, it was not entirely inaccurate. (Photo by) It will therefore be shifted to €35m guaranteed, plus a smaller figure for the add-ons tied to performance of both the player and the team during his time at San Siro. By changing the structure of the offer, if not the total figure, it could wield a different result for Milan. Club Brugge had made it clear they were only prepared to let Jashari go if they received €35m upfront. With this shift, Milan are confident they can get the deal over the line and give Max Allegri his completely revamped midfield with Samuele Ricci, Jashari and Luka Modric.

Jashari and Milan frustrated by Club Brugge attitude
Milan believe they have made the definitive offer for Ardon Jashari worth €32.5m plus another €5.5m in add-ons, but Club Brugge are standing firm for a €40m total package. The negotiations have dragged on for over 10 days now with very little genuine progress, which has become extremely frustrating to Rossoneri director of sport Igli Tare. (Photo by Alex Bierens) The most recent proposal was several days ago and it should be the final one, with the Serie A side confident it is sufficient. This is said to be worth €32.5m plus €2.5m in easy to achieve bonuses, and a further €3m tougher to activate add-ons. It is not too far off the asking price, which is believed to be €35m plus €5m in bonuses for a total €40m package. According to the irritation is being felt by the player too, as Jashari has urged Milan not to walk away until this dream move is completed. He has been a supporter of the Rossoneri since attending a Champions League match at San Siro at the age of eight and wants only them this summer.

Chemsdine Talbi Voted Club Brugge's Player of the Month After Champions League Heroics
Club Brugge fans have voted and Chemsdine Talbi came out on top as the club's best player for February 2025. The Moroccan prodigy scooped over 60% of the vote, leaving his teammate Ardon Jashari trailing behind with just 16%. Ferran Jutgla completed the top three with 15.5%. New trophy unlocked: 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡. 🔓🏆 #POTM — Club Brugge KV (@ClubBrugge) February 27, 2025 Talbi's sizzling form made him the clear choice. He scored two goals in Brugge's surprising 3-1 win over Atalanta in the play-offs, to qualify for the Champions League round of 16. Last week, Talbi was also named in UEFA's Team of the Week next to Kylian Mbappe and Federico Valverde. Playing as an attacking right-back, Talbi can also switch to midfield, blending speed with slick dribbling and raw power. Nicky Hayen, FC Brugge's boss, believes his Moroccan talisman is on a highway to the top. 'Talbi has the talent – now he just has to keep proving it,' he said recently. 'Staying at the top is the real test.' Talbi holds dual Belgium and Moroccan nationality. The player himself is keeping quiet about all the noise around his stellar performances and future destination. 'I've spoken to both federations. I still need to decide,' he said. Converging sources indicate that, having played for the Red Devils in the U17 and U20 youth setup, the prodigy has chosen to represent Morocco instead of Belgium at senior level. , Tags: Champions League playoffsChemsdine TalbiFC BruggePlayer of the Month
