The vehicles were found to include a 2013 Dodge Dart, a 2018 Ford EcoSport and a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Police said the occupants of the Jeep fled the scene before officers arrived and were not immediately located. The driver of the Dart, 47-year-old Troy Kelley of New Haven, was taken to an area hospital for serious injuries.
