But now, Bites & Crumbs is bringing that same indulgence to Cairo, offering handcrafted cookies and desserts with a local twist. Founder and baker Motaz Osman has been passionate about baking since childhood. 'I grew up watching my mother bake, and as I got older, I became more involved,' he tells SceneEats. Baking eventually became his love language. 'I fell in love with making desserts, and I started gifting everything I made to friends and loved ones.' His passion soon turned into a dream of opening his own bakery. This year, he finally took the leap, launching Bites & Crumbs as a delivery-only bakery serving New Cairo. Inspired by the Crumbl Cookie craze, Osman perfected his own recipe—crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and made entirely from high-quality local ingredients. The menu features indulgent flavours like pistachio cream, Lotus, and rich dark chocolate. But cookies aren't the only stars of the show—his fudge brownies and decadent dessert jars (think konafa pistachio, Bueno, and Nutella) are just as irresistible. And it's all handmade by Osman himself—sometimes even delivered by him, too. 'I prioritise using local, high-quality ingredients,' he shares. 'Everything is made with the same care as a homemade treat.' So if you're craving warm, chewy indulgence this Ramadan without leaving your home, Bites & Crumbs might just be your new go-to.

Cookie store, Crumbl to open another Massachusetts location
SHREWSBURY, Mass. (WWLP) – A nationwide cookie franchise is opening another location in Massachusetts. Crumbl will officially open at 50 Boston Turnpike in the White City Shopping Center in Shrewsbury on Feb. 7th. at 8:00 a.m. The store is owned by Dennis and Richard who have known each other for 10 years. The first 100 customers will receive a free cookie cutter during their grand opening celebration. A DJ will be live from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Crumbl Cookie has more than 250 flavors in rotation that change every week. Massachusetts ranks #1 in 'Nation's Report Card' for education This new location will be open Mondays through Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Beginning Feb. 10, delivery, curbside pickup and catering will be available at this new location via the Crumbl app or through their website. App users can also get one free cookie by using code MASHRWSBRY through March 11. The first western Massachusetts location opened in November 2023 at the Riverdale Shops in West Springfield. Crumbl was founded in 2017 in Utah but has boomed to more than 1,000 locations across the country, as well as Puerto Rico and Canada. WWLP-22News, an NBC affiliate, began broadcasting in March 1953 to provide local news, network, syndicated, and local programming to western Massachusetts.
