Kidz Bop ready to inspire a nation as they promise 'party to remember' ahead of UK tour

KIDZ BOP are readying themselves for another UK adventure and the stars of the show have revealed the pride they feel in inspiring a new generation through song and dance When it comes to inspiring a young generation, not many groups have the same skillset as KIDZ BOP. Being a star is the dream for so many youngsters and for the current crop of KIDZ BOP members, that has became their reality - and they are very keen to pay that back. ‌ Famous faces such as Euphoria's Zendaya and Noah Munck from hit sitcom The Goldbergs have come through the ranks with the energetic band in previous years. And now there is a new generation on stage and they are ready to amaze the UK audiences once again in October. ‌ With over 23 million albums sold worldwide and over 14 billion streams of their kidified versions of the most popular tunes, it's safe to say their audience loves them - and it appears the feeling is mutual. Current bangers include Chappell Roan's Pink Pony Club and Ed Sheeran 's Azizam, but the group insist there are so many to watch out for. ‌ A number of the class of '25 spoke exclusively to The Mirror ahead of their upcoming UK tour, opening up on what fans can expect, what most surprised them about joining the band, and just how it feels to be such an inspiration. With most of the stars of the show sticking with the group for up to three years between the ages of 12-16, current singer Matty, 15, confessed it "does not seem real still" to be part of the number one kids brand. He admitted he loves the fact he and his band members are able to inspire others to reach their dreams while fulfilling his own desires. ‌ Sadie Mae, 14, agreed, saying: "It's a literal dream come true. I have always loved watching KIDZ BOP growing up and I can't believe I am now part of this amazing group. There's nothing better than traveling to so many places, being on incredible sets, working with the nicest team and getting to do what I love - which is singing and dancing." And she admitted she was "very surprised" with how quickly the group pulls a performance together. With Matty saying the amount of production involved took him back at first, Sadie Mae said: "It's so impressive to me how we can all come together and get so much done, between wardrobe, rehearsals, different set changes and more! It's just really exciting to be a part of!" ‌ Following on from their recent sell-out gigs in the UK, the group is heading back to Blighty for a bigger tour. And Annika, 12, has promised "a night to remember full of fun," while Matty hinted it will be like a party the audience has "never been to before", adding he expects the fans to bring that huge energy once again. Teasing their favourite moment from being on tour, Jack, 12, said concert goers have to watch out for the "Daddy Dance off," while Sadie Mae labelled it all "one big giant party". With the group inspiring children across the globe, they are keen to focus on inclusion and representation, too. Among those sharing pride in what the group stands for is Sadie Mae. "I was born very prematurely and have an invisible disability called Hypotonia," she candidly told us. ‌ "Hypotonia is a lifelong condition which affects the muscle tone and strength in my body. I have heard many times in my life that the things I am doing now like dancing, singing and acting, wouldn't be the things I would be successful at. "I tried my very best to never listen to those words and decided to always believe in myself, my dreams and my goals. Sure, some things may be harder for me, but I will always find a way to live the life I want to live and do the things I love to do! It means so much to me to be singing and dancing with KIDZ BOP." She added: "I hope it inspires other kids to never give up on themselves or their dreams and to never let others tell you what you can or cannot achieve. I love that KIDZ BOP focuses on inclusion and representation and I'm so very proud to be a part of this group!" ‌ And in a similar way, Savvy, 14, also revealed how "incredible" it feels to connect with the younger generation through ASL. "I sign and dance to KIDZ BOP songs," she said. " We also have a separate series called 'Sign + Dance Alongs' where I sign and dance with another KIDZ BOP Kid and you guys can follow along! It's all about spreading joy and showing that everyone can love music." All members admitted they love seeing fans while on the road and are looking forward to entertaining the UK crowds once again. The tour will feature classic tunes as well as several of their newest numbers from the newly released KIDZ BOP 51. The latest album was released on July 18 and featuring the biggest hits like APT, Pink Pony Club and more, performed by kids for kids. Fans can also go to the KIDZ BOP website for tickets for their tour.
