Shaggy secretly working on ANOTHER album with Brit music legend as rapper lifts lid on their unlikely friendship

STING and Shaggy have one of the most unlikely friendships. But Mr Boombastic has revealed one of the reasons they struck up a close bond is thanks to booze. 9 Shaggy, who will support Pitbull at London's O2 Arena on June 9 and 10, told Bizarre's Jack: 'We have a lot in common. 'We are both Libras and both like the same gin – we love Monkey 47. What are the odds? 'We just connect over stupid s**t.' Shaggy added: 'We love taking long walks together. 'He's super competitive. 'Even if we are on a regular walk, Sting always has to go faster. 'He'll start walk-running. 'He is a brother I never knew I needed.' On what makes it so fun collaborating, he said: 'On one song we ended up laughing more than working, and I think we both decided we never wanted to stop laughing. Shaggy fans feel 'scammed' as he uses 'real voice' in new interview - but It Wasn't Me singer reveals why it's different 'Every time we connect, we just laugh. 'We are just two idiots.' In 2018, Shaggy and Sting released an album, 44/876, and now a new record is in the works. He said: 'We decided we are going to do another Sting and Shaggy album the other day, and I can't wait.' 9 CIARA'S MAGIC SHOW 9 CIARA helped her fans Level Up by surprising them at a dance class. She taught the group the floating chair move from her tune Ecstasy – and made levitating look like a piece of cake. It was part of Red Bull's Dance Your Style event, which saw Ciara and choreographer Jamaica Craft putting fans through their paces in Covent Garden, Central London, before her performance at Mighty Hoopla. We gave this a go in the office and it is just as hard as it looks. CRUZ HAS JACKIE ON BOARD 9 9 CRUZ BECKHAM is hard at work on his solo music – and he's got a new cheerleader joining him in the studio. My exclusive snaps show the youngest son of Posh and Becks heading to Shepherds Bush Studios in London with his girlfriend, singer-songwriter Jackie Apostel. My insiders tell me Cruz has been working for months on his material, with hopes of an official release later this year. They said: 'Cruz is in the studio most days and Jackie loves to join him when she's around. 'They have a shared passion for music. 'This is a really exciting time for Cruz. "He's got people supporting him and guiding him, including Luke Pritchard from The Kooks, and the tunes he's coming up with are sounding really great.' There could be a wait, however, with my mole adding: 'Cruz isn't rushing into releasing anything until what he has done is perfect.' NESSA'S DROP THREAD GORGEOUS 9 NESSA BARRETT rocked the final UK show of her Aftercare World Tour. The US singer looked incredible in a Shakira-inspired tasselled skirt and bra top on stage at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town, North London. She performed tracks including Dirty Little Secret and The One That Should've Got Away. Nessa will take the tour across Europe and to Australia this summer before returning to the UK in August where she's been booked to perform at Yungblud's Bludfest event. NIGHTLIFE A TONIC TO ROG 9 ROGER SANCHEZ is one of the hardest working DJs in the business. But he credits the late nights with keeping him looking so young, despite being two years off 60. Roger told me in an exclusive chat ahead of his next massive residency night at Pacha in Ibiza: 'I actually think the nightlife has kept me younger. 'People always ask, 'Who's your plastic surgeon?' 'I'm like, God, I've never had any work done. 'I drink lots of water. 'I think just being, and staying, healthy and having healthy practices does help you look younger and feel younger, which is actually even more important than looking younger. 'Thankfully, my energy is still at a very high level, and that allows me to keep that youthful appearance.' BEY LOVE MATCH BID FOR JAMIE HEART Breakfast radio host Jamie Theakston has revealed Beyonce once tried to set him up with Kelly Rowland. Yes, really. The presenter revealed on air yesterday that the Single Ladies singer attempted to play Cupid backstage at Top Of The Pops in the Nineties when he was interviewing Destiny's Child. Jamie said: 'Beyonce tried to set me up with Kelly Rowland. 'Destiny's Child were on Top Of The Pops and I was chatting to Beyonce and she said, 'Are you single?' 'I can't remember how it came about and she said, 'Oh, Kelly's single, you two would make a fantastic . . . ' 'And I went, 'Oh stop it Beyonce, leave me alone'.' Laughing, Jamie, above, added: 'How different my life would have been.' SABRINA'S MANCHILD BARRY DIG 9 SABRINA CARPENTER is still using her ex Barry Keoghan as inspiration six months after their split. The singer wasn't shy about putting the Irish actor in her songs when they were dating, including on racy track Bed Chem. Sabrina's new song Manchild is out today, and announcing it on Instagram she wrote: 'This one's about you.' The lyrics include, 'Inside of your head when you've just won an argument with a man.' I'm sure when we hear the full track, it's going to be pretty punchy. Sabrina's fans jumped all over the post saying it was about Barry, who was accused of cheating on the US star before their relationship ended. Both their camps insisted they'd just grown apart when they broke up in December. NEW Ibiza club UNVRS, backed by Will Smith, has top tech, screens suspended from the ceiling and a life-sized crashed UFO. But more strangely, there is a DJ and decks set-up in the middle of the toilets. Guests have told us they wandered about for ages trying to find the loos, which are called the Wild Comet room. AMANDA HOLDEN says the secret to staying ahead of her rivals after 20 years in showbiz is the ability to adapt. The Britain's Got Talent judge told us: 'You have to evolve, you have to keep going. 'You can't just say, 'It's not great or it's not this'. 'Embrace it, learn all about it and go with it. 'Then you have a wider reach.'
