Noticing something was up, Abi turned around and immediately said yes, with the pair embracing as the sun went down. In a collection of photos on Instagram, David shared the happy moment, as well as a look at the square-cut diamond ring as they celebrated. He wrote alongside the pic: "This years Ibiza turned out to be a bit more eventful than normal." Friends and fans alike were quick to swarm the pair with celebratory messages, congratulating them on their upcoming nuptials. James Sutton, who plays John-Paul McQueen, led the celebrations with a simple: "YESSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️" Isabelle Smith, who plays Frankie Osbourne, added: "congratulations !!! ❤️❤️❤️" "Congratulations both of you! The pair had been together less than a year when they decided to move in together due to the Covid lockdown. He went on to marry cousin Mercedes McQueen in 2019, and later killed his adoptive mother Breda – who turned out to be a serial killer. In the four years he lived in the Hollyoaks village, Sylver found himself consistently in tricky situations: discovering he had a daughter, who later tried to make Mercedes look mentally unwell in order to gain his affection, ending up in a coma when that went wrong, before eventually dying in a building collapse. Hollyoaks star tried to ‘hide' health condition on set due to ‘embarrassment'
Hollyoaks actor David Tag opened up about his health condition after it left him struggling with confidence. Hollyoaks star David Tag has revealed a health condition he kept hidden while on set. The actor, 40, played Sylver McQueen on the Channel 4 soap between June 2018 and January 2022. However, behind-the-scenes he was in pain and suffering from varicose veins. Appearing on Friday's This Morning with Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, David revealed a small vein began to appear more than ten years ago. "Like a lot of lads do, you just ignore it and hope it goes away, but it just got progressively worse and worse," he shared. He went on: "When it got hot or when it got cold it was painful, and to touch it was quite sensitive." The actor revealed he was particularly impacted when trying to play with his kids and while training in the gym. Recalling being on set, David said: "A lot of the times I would take my clothes off for certain scenes, and I would try and hide it." "I wanted to do the scenes so I would just position myself in a certain way so they couldn't see it," he continued, saying he was "a little bit embarrassed of it". David sought treatment after realising it 'wouldn't go away', and as the size of the vein increased, he realised: 'This is getting out of hand, I need to get it sorted.' The star underwent a treatment involving laser on both his legs, which left him wearing stocking-like clothes and unable to train for a week. 'Now, you wouldn't even be able to tell it was there,' he said, revealing his confidence has since increased. This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1. LORRAINE Stanley looked incredible as she showed off her impressive five stone weight loss during a dog walk. The 49-year-old actress recently overhauled her body and has been refreshingly honest about how she shed the pounds - confessing to having a gastric sleeve operation. 4 4 4 Former EastEnders star Lorraine flaunted the results of her hard work while making the most of the heatwave as she took her pooch for a stroll. Lorraine looked stylish in a blue dress that was nipped in at the waist and fell to just above the knee. She covered up in a pair of huge sunglasses and teamed her outfit with some casual flip flops. It was revealed in July 2023 that Lorraine was being written out of EastEnders after playing iconic character Karen Taylor for seven years. She later opened up about her sudden exit from the soap, confessing to experiencing a 'mix of emotions' after receiving the news.
