Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University opens 2025 admissions window

Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) has officially opened its admissions for the academic year 2025–26, offering an extensive range of programmes across diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. With registration open from May 28 to June 22, 2025, DSEU aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by aligning its courses with industry under the Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University Act in 2020, DSEU has rapidly grown into one of India's top skill-focused institutions. In 2024, Outlook magazine ranked it the second-best skill university in India, a recognition that reflects its emphasis on practical learning and entrepreneurial university offers over 100 programmes across 21 campuses, including diplomas in robotic automation and precision engineering, BTech courses in data science and network security, and specialised degrees like BA (Hons) in Spanish and BDes in Gems and Jewellery Design. Short-term certificate courses in areas such as welding, digital marketing, HVAC, and conservation of textiles are also MODEL WITH INDUSTRY INTEGRATION Admissions to most BTech programmes will be based on JEE Main scores, while other courses require Class10 or 12 standard qualifications, or NSQF-level credits. Notably, DSEU also facilitates lateral entry, multiple entry-exit options, and recognition of prior learning (RPL), aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP).The counselling process will begin with preference locking from June 23, and the first round of seat allotment will be announced on June 26. Special counselling sessions are scheduled for defence personnel, PwD, and Kashmiri migrant university's fee structure ranges from Rs 10,000 to ?87,000 per semester depending on the program type, with fee concessions of up to 60% for SC/ST/PwD a commitment to skilling, reskilling, and upskilling India's workforce, Vice-Chancellor Professor Ashok Kumar Nagawat has urged students to 'build not just careers, but legacies.'
