Love Is Blind fans blast Scots star Katisha 'immature' amid love triangle
Scottish Love Is Blind participant Katisha Atkinson has been blasted by viewers as the reality TV dating show returned to Netflix for series 2 Fans have taken to social media as Love Is Blind returned to Netflix on Wednesday. It wasn't long before drama ensued, and love triangles began to form. Viewers are eagerly awaiting the release of the second batch of episodes of the new series, which is set to land on the streaming giant later this month, August 20. Scottish participant Katisha Atkinson, 31, found herself at a crossroads on the show at the end of part one. The 31-year-old, from Dumfries, admitted she was left feeling "confused and overwhelmed" after forming connections with two men in the pods. She ultimately chose to go for her "usual type" in health coach Javen, 28, despite her gut initially saying otherwise. Demola, a financial analyst from Romford, had worn his heart on his sleeve as he wooed the Scots nanny, confessing he was "falling in love" with her as he prepared to propose, but Katisha shut him down at the last minute in a 180 decision. Katisha admitted: "He's just so sweet and lovely but I never recognised me being put first and I'm quite inexperienced in love, I don't know how to receive it." Although Katisha told Demola, 31, she could "see herself" falling in love with him, she pulled back on her decision at the last minute and chose Javen, who had been more reserved in his feelings. Fans heartbroken for Demola took to social media as they slammed Scotland's newest reality star's decision and blasted her as being "immature" noting she has to work on her self-love. "Katisha is immature, acknowledging that Javen is like the other guys she dated and that it hasn't worked but then choosing him over Demi #LoveIsBlindUk," one fan wrote on Twitter. Someone else chimed in: "Katisha is beautiful and a nice girl but she needs to work on that self worth. No way she should be trying to marry Javen who hasn't given her anything mentally or emotionally #LoveisblindUK." This was echoed by another viewer, who quipped: "Katisha, girly… we need to heal a bit more if a love that should give you inner peace makes you run the opposite way. Demola deserved better." Someone else wrote: "Katisha fell for the game player.. her usual type. Girl, he just stepped up because he wanted to 'win'. So disingenuous! #LoveIsBlindUK." "Katisha self sabotaged so hard by not choosing Demola, I can tell this is her pattern. too scared to pick the one that loved her more what a waste #loveisblindUK," another added. One viewer fumed: "Omg i cannot believe Katisha's decision, she said she wanted Demola as he was loving and thoughtful. She went and told both of them who she was gonna choose. Then because Javen brought her flowers she went for him just like that. Same day and everything. B***H! #LoveIsBlindUK." Love is Blind Series 2 is available to watch now on Netflix. The remaining episodes will air on the streaming platform later this month, August 20.

Scottish Love Is Blind UK star faces backlash from co-stars after U-turn
Netflix's hit dating show is back for a second season, and one Scottish cast member has already been questioned by their co-stars. *This article contains spoilers for the first four episodes of Love Is Blind UK season 2.* The much-loved dating programme, Love Is Blind UK, has returned for its second series, introducing a fresh batch of single hopefuls to the pods in their quest for enduring love. The Netflix reality show features contestants prepared to meet their potential life partners and get engaged, all without laying eyes on each other beforehand. In this series, Netflix viewers can anticipate a whirlwind of unexpected twists, tears and complicated love triangles, with one contestant in particular drawing criticism from their peers for 'changing their mind in just 24 hours'. 31 year old Nanny and makeup artist Katisha, originally from Dumfries in Scotland, found herself in a tricky situation when she captured the hearts of 30 year old financial analyst Demola and 28 year old health coach Javen. Katisha, who has been single for six years and started feeling unfortunate in love, is ready to connect with "the right type of men" in her search for a future husband. In the pods, she formed strong bonds with both Javen and Demola, leaving her uncertain about who to choose, reports the Mirror. Ultimately, her decision left one participant 'blindsided' in episode 4, fittingly titled 'She Changed Her Mind Overnight'. Initially, Katisha pledged her commitment to Demola when he expressed his desire to progress their relationship, but her attention was swayed by Javen during their next pod encounter. This sparked some drama, as she subsequently turned down Demola's proposal, leaving numerous cast members stunned after he revealed that she wanted an exclusive relationship with him. When Katisha chose to accept Javen's proposal instead, Demola's mate Kal was particularly miffed. I do feel bad for Demola and it was a big shock to me when he came back and said that she'd gone for Jav. "I just want to know her side of things, because the jury is still out on whether Katisha's made the right choice or not." When he challenged Katisha about her choice, he queried: "It's weird that Demola thought it was him and Javen thought it wasn't him. "Yeah I didn't take it lightly," she replied. "That wasn't what it was like at all and it was really tough. "It wasn't anything against him," she continued, as tensions escalated between them and Kal butted in: "Yeah, he never did anything wrong... At all. What made you go the other way?" Katisha then responded: "For me it was more that my connection with Javen was stronger so that's just what it came down to. "I definitely made the right choice. Happy with that, are you?" she concluded with an annoyed chuckle before the episode faded to black. Has Katisha made the correct decision? Keep watching to find out. Love Is Blind UK season 2, episodes 1-4 are now available to stream on Netflix.

Love Is Blind UK season 2 contestant called out by co-stars for ‘changing mind overnight'
Love Is Blind UK has returned for season 2 and Netflix viewers should anticipate some messy love triangles ahead. *This article contains spoilers for the first four episodes of Love Is Blind UK season 2.* Popular dating show Love Is Blind UK is back for season 2, with a new bunch of singletons heading to the pods in the hope of finding lasting love. The Netflix dating show sees contestants ready to meet their future spouse become engaged without seeing what they look like beforehand. This season, Netflix viewers can expect plenty of twists, turns and messy love triangles, with one star in particular facing backlash from their fellow cast members for 'changing their mind in just 24 hours'. 31-year-old Nanny and makeup artist Katisha, who hails from Dumfries in Scotland, had quite the decision on her hands when she won the hearts of 30-year-old financial analyst Demola and 28-year-old health coach Javen. Katisha has been single for six years and, after starting to feel unlucky in love, is ready to connect with 'the right type of men' in order to find a future husband. In the pods, she built strong connections with both Javen and Demola, which left her confused about who to pick. In the end, her decision left one contestant 'blindsided' in episode 4, which is aptly titled 'She Changed Her Mind Overnight'. While at first, Katisha committed herself to Demola when he opened up about wanting to move forward with their relationship, her head was turned by Javen when they next entered the pods. This led to a dramatic fallout, as she then rejected Demola's proposal, leaving many of his cast members in shock after he told them that she wanted to be exclusive with him. When Katisha instead accepted Javen's proposal, Demola's friend Kal was especially peeved.
