THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A woman is accused of slashing a subway rider in the neck during a fight on a Bronx train Sunday night, police said Thursday. Diana Perez, 39, allegedly attacked the 33-year-old man on a southbound No. 2 train while it was pulling into the Bronx Park East subway station at around 8:50 p.m., according to the NYPD. Man reunited with stolen American Bully dog in the Bronx: 'I want to cry' Perez and the victim argued before she allegedly cut him in the neck, police said. The man was taken to the hospital for treatment. Perez was last seen leaving the Jackson Avenue subway station after the incident, police said. She was arrested on Wednesday and charged with attempted murder, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon, police said. Perez's arraignment was pending Thursday. QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — A 29-year-old man was slashed in the face during a fight on a subway train in Queens last weekend, police said Friday. The suspect allegedly attacked the subway rider on an F train at the 179th Street station near 88th Avenue just after 4 a.m. on Aug. 9, according to the NYPD. More Local News The suspect allegedly pulled a sharp object and slashed the victim on the face after the two argued on the train, police said. The man was taken to the hospital for treatment. The suspect then ran off. There have been no arrests. The day after this incident, a man was slashed in the neck on a Bronx train, according to the NYPD. Diana Perez, 39, was arrested for allegedly attacking the 33-year-old man on a southbound No. 2 train on Aug. 10, police said. CHAPARRAL, N.M. (KRQE) – An El Paso woman will spend a decade in federal prison for holding hostages near the New Mexico-Texas state line. Valerie Perez, 22, pled guilty after the U.S. Attorney said she and another woman kept 10 undocumented people, including three children, in a Chaparral stash house last year against their will. New Mexico man convicted of raping woman in 2014 in Albuquerque Authorities say the victims were found in inhumane conditions, and their families were coerced into sending money for their release.
