This is going to be a combined remastered collection of two of the most sold titles of the franchise, THPS 3 and THPS 4. THPS 3+4 will also serve as a follow-up installment of the 2020 title, THPS 1+2, which is in turn, another remastered combo of the first two games of the series. The developer of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4, Iron Galaxy, has confirmed that there will be two editions of this game - Standard and Digital Deluxe on PS4, PS5, Xbox One/X/S, Nintendo Switch 1, Switch 2, and PC (Steam, Game Pass). The standard edition is going to be released on July 11, 2025. But just like any other premium version, the Digital Deluxe Edition owners will be able to play the game three days earlier than the Standard Edition release, which is on July 8, 2025. Kojima's Death Stranding 2: Global release dates, time, characters and all you need to know
Death Stranding 2: On The Beach will be out soon for gamers having early access, followed by its official release 48 hours later. Those who enjoyed playing the standard edition of the action-adventure game in 2019 have been keenly waiting for its highly anticipated sequel, which is the brainchild of Hideo Kojima. Also, there were no details regarding when fans can pre-order its Digital Deluxe Edition and play it sooner than its June 26 launch. While Death Stranding was based in the United States, its sequel is primarily set in Australia. The story unfolds 11 months after the events of the first game, where Sam Porter Bridges, a freelance porter, navigates through a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by otherworldly creatures. It features main characters from the previous one, Sam Porter, Fragile and Higgs. These roles have been reprised by Norman Reedus, Lea Seydoux and Troy Baker. According to Games Radar, Hideo Kojima recently announced that the final trailer for the sequel comes alongside the full release of the game. PS5, PS4 Players Treated to Demo for Remaster of Beloved Classics
During yesterday's , Activision and Iron Galaxy announced that the demo is now available for fans to check out. However, unlike most demos, players need to pay to get into this one. Formally called the 'Foundry Demo,' the new THPS 3+4 demo is available on PS5 and PS4 right now. However, it is only available to those who preordered the game. Users who preorder the Standard Edition of THPS 3+4 can check out the Foundry and College parks while using playable skaters Tony Hawk and Rayssa Leal. Players will also get a taste of select songs from the game's expansive soundtrack. Users who preorder the Digital Deluxe Edition will be able to play as the Doom Slayer from the hit, legendary first-person shooter series Doom. Of course, for Xbox fans, the THPS 3+4 Foundry demo is available for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC for those who preorder the game. Xbox Game Pass subscribers get to check out the demo at no additional cost. The launch of the demo coincided with the launch trailer of THPS 3+4. Along with first looks at two brand-new parks, Pinball and Movie Studio, we also got a look at the in-game model of Bam Margera. Anyone who wants to check out the trailer can take a look above. More PS Store Users Preordering Ghost of Yotei's $80 Edition
As video game price hikes are being hotly debated, we've noticed that the pricier Ghost of Yotei $80 edition is ahead of its standard version in PS Store preorder charts. Earlier today, reports popped up that the game quickly climbed atop Sony's digital preorder charts in dozens of countries, and interestingly, it's the more expensive version that players want more. Ghost of Yotei PS Store preorders suggest that price hikes are unlikely to hurt blockbusters The more expensive version we speak of is Ghost of Yotei's Digital Deluxe Edition which mostly offers additional in-game cosmetics. The most notable items this version contains is an early unlock of Traveler's Maps and a sword kit. Yet, more players seem happy to fork out an additional $10 for the Digital Deluxe Edition. I've checked PS Store charts in several countries including the U.K., U.S., Australia, and Malaysia, and found that this was a common theme in preorder charts across all these storefronts. I'm no analyst, but seeing this pattern makes me wonder if major AAA blockbusters will see any negative impact on sales stemming from price hikes. Sony hasn't announced a price increase for its games like Microsoft and Nintendo have yet, but eventually, it's expected to follow suit.
